they take 40 minutes to make one drink. we went to another place and one person was making a drink faster than this place

I called 20 min prior to closing and asked if I can place a phone order because it was not letting me order online and the lady that answered said no, which other employees have done before. I got there 9 minutes prior to closing and no one was helping us. She then came from the back and she said I couldn't order smoothies because there was 5 minutes left to close, one she could've told me over the phone when I called so I wouldn't drive there and anyone should be able to order all the way until closing or it should be noted on their website . Two, on their website it says they close at 6. I always order online, this needs to be fixed. She turned away 2 other clients after us. She also said the owner told her to say this since she was by herself, very disappointed in the customer service. read more

I came here today and found that it offers good fresh smoothies and a variety of açaí berry bowls that are better than Jamba Juice. The prices are a bit too high on some items. Like the bottled juices are $9 dollars each but to be quite honest it's the best pressed juices in the area. The only thing I would change here is wishing there was more employees helping making smoothies and bowls. It takes a while to get a smoothie or an açaí berry bowl specially when some of us are the go. read more
