So, yesterday I came to this location with a co-worker to order a smoothie. There was only one employee at the time and she was doing the best she could handling multiple customers, however another employee walks in with a few cups of Starbucks, puts on an apron and get right to making smoothie bowls without washing her hands or putting on gloves. Thankfully I didn't order a bowl, unfortunately my co worker did, and was immediately upset and asked her to please put on gloves in which she quickly complied. Today I go back to get another smoothie and there was an employee sitting his ass on the counter playing in his phone smh. The same counter they chop the fruit up on. TL;DR Decent smoothie place with average prices. Simple interior and nothing special stands out but that isn't a bad thing. Everything meets my standard and I don't have anything bad to say. I can be picky but that's splitting hairs. Story time: Came here on the way home from Vegas. After riding my motorcycle for a super long time in the heat and all scrunched up, I wanted to stretch my legs and have something light to drink that's decently nutritious, so a smoothie came to mind. Right off the bear valley exit, I got gas and then went across the plaza to this location. Location wise, it's good, right off the freeway, part of a large plaza that connects with many businesses and plenty of parking The inside is very minimalistic, just 2 benches on each side and that's it. Very small inside but that's fine, most people are here to get it to go. It's AC'ed and the ordering is very standard what you expect. Staff was pleasant enough, not super cheery or talkative but hey, as long as they're polite, notice me when I order or have a question, and fulfill the transaction, whatever. I don't need that, that's just extra and what would give them a higher rating but not required to enjoy a smoothie. Price wise, pretty standard. Smoothies are never cheap so I wouldn't expect to find it for $5. My large smoothie with tax and tip (whatever the first option was) came out to a little over $10. I thought that was fair considering how big it was. I think jamba juice or some other juice/smoothie places I've been to charge similar prices for a similar it slightly smaller size so it's pretty decent. Smoothie taste was on the lighter side which I was perfectly fine with. I like sweets but I also like natural and lighter tasting things now. Less of a fan of excessive syrups and sweeteners. The texture wasn't too thick so it was very easy to finish my drink with the straw without it clogging up or requiring an industrial vacuum amount of force. Overall it's like an icee but healthy and less sweet which I totally dig. I was able to cool down with a light refreshing drink in an air-conditioned area as I sat down to rest from my journey. I would give this 5 stars if the customer service was better but I'm not saying they're bad or were rude or anything negative to me. I like a bit more personality and warmth but this is more of a Togo place. If a tip prompt didn't come up, I wouldn't care for the service at all but since that did come up, there should be some sort of above and beyond personality to justify it since them taking my order and preparing it to standards is their job. It's the little extra like a smile or a how are you, that I feel justifies a tipping system. We've literally been to all of the locations in the high desert including North Apple Valley off Hwy 18 and Jess Ranch locations but the victorville location definitely takes the cake with the best taste, presentation and loaded fruits topped off. My daughter enjoys the pineapple, strawberry, granola topping while my son goes for the banana, strawberry granola selection always with honey included. We always like to order ahead through the app and the staff are friendly and quick to complete the order timely when we arrive. I've only had one instance where they ran out of our favorite toppings but it was towards end of day so it's understandable. This location is definitely our go to spot for açaí bowls! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I was not reached out by the manager of this location for a refund the time I had to cancel my online order due to running out of toppings for our order upon pickup. After attempting to get this resolved with the establishment throughout a 2 week period, I finally had to resolve the refund issue directly through my bank center to handle it. read more

Of all the Juice It Up! locations, this location is my favorite. Plus, there is a vibe that the employees like working here. I don't get that vibe at any other locations. Maybe I just show up during the best random times, but I like this location. By comparison to others, the employees at this location seem more knowledgeable of their menu and just comfortable in doing their jobs. Plus, there is more seating options here than the other locations. There is also something about my orders here. They always seem to just get it right. Again, by comparison, they make my smoothie bowls with just the right amount of acai and honey; not too much oats and layered very pretty. I waited in line at one location today (it was conveniently located by my hair salon) and waited long enough to leave and head to THIS location. This location is so unprofessional especially with the Covid-19 pandemic going around . No employees were enforcing their "minimum capacity" rules they have posted on their door ... I walked out because it was way too crowded for anyones comfort. So I figured I'd removed myself from the situation. And went elsewhere. Didn't get welcomed when I walked in. Do NOT visit this location! I have never experienced such appalling and disrespectful behavior from a business. I went here with my elderly mother and nieces. We ordered 3 bowls. An employee by the name of Kylie put a bowl on the counter and we asked her if it was one of the bowls we ordered. Kylie responded, "there are only two orders" (referring to there being only two parties in the store). My mom asked her again if that was our order since her answer didn't clarify if it was ours. Kylie said, "I don't know." Her response again did not answer our question and it was our first time getting a smoothie bowl here, so not knowing what it should look like, we grabbed it. When the next smoothie bowl came out my niece realized that was her bowl based on one of the toppings being different. I told Kylie we grabbed the wrong bowl. Kylie responded, "well, you took it" with the biggest attitude. I apologized and explained we asked her twice if it was ours without confirmation and they are kids and made a mistake. She rolled her eyes at me, took the bowl and threw it in the trash like a kid throwing a fit. I ignored her attitude and rude customer service. We got our bowls and proceeded to sit down to eat them as a family. (There was no sign stating no indoor dining.) Kylie proceeded to give the kids, my elderly mother and I dirty looks and stared us down. It was very rude and uncomfortable. Five minutes into sitting down, Kylie out of no where yelled from behind the counter and across the room "I'm going to have to ask you to leave" since we weren't waiting for an order. I asked if there was a sign stating that we couldn't eat inside. She said "no, it's just store policy there can only be 11 people, you're going to have to leave". For her to yell that across the store was embarrassing and humiliating to us. She could of come to talk to us privately. If that is in fact a policy and no signs stating no indoor dining, then they should of told the 11th person that entered to wait, since we were the first ones inside. I would strongly recommend the owner review the cameras in the facility to see how customers are being treated. I tried calling twice for a manager. Yesterday they said a manager would be in this morning. When I called this morning they said no manager was there, wouldn't be in today or tomorrow and they didn't know when one would be in. I hope the owner reads this and does not allow this girl to treat people of any age group with such disrespect, but specifically children and the elderly. No employee should ever be so disrespectful, aggressive and demeaning to customers. Update: Customer service rep responded to my email and Yelp review on 9/13/2021 stating that the owner would contact me. Today is 9/23/2021. I have been to this location many times before and the ppl that were here were very polite. I came in today at around 3:50pm on Sunday November 28. The store for a Sunday was busy as usual. I waited 10 min in line while waiting a lady comes in and she has a hair in her açaí bowl. Upon looking a worker well all of them but this one had blond hair dyed pink and it was all over the place just unprofessional. I get up to the front and a black worker with braids asked what I would like. I told her then asked for a energy juice and she was the rudest person Ive met so far moving here. They never have many people working. Sometimes they are super busy and backed up , you end waiting a bit longer than usual for your drink. I don't mind to much because I am never un a hurry. I don't think they should have an easier way to access your membership card and an easier way to redeem your rewards. They need update their system like Starbucks. I wish they offered flax seed or hempseed option to be added to your drink as boost. I have my main drinks that I absolutely love, the evergreen is one of my favorites.
