Very smooth shaved ice and paired well w the sides of condensed milk and brown sugar boba! It was more than enough for the both of us to share. As you can see, we thought there was nothing in it when we got the drink, but as soon as she mixed it around, She seen the hair on the side of the cup, and she thought it was on the outside so she tried to wipe the cup and she opened it up and she moved it around with a straw with three pieces of hair in there and she was enjoying the drink before she found hair. I called and they said that they would refund me my whole order and that they're sorry about what happened, but I think everyone should at least have their hair up when working around food. This place is certainly the best boba tea shop since I was introduced to this snack tea over 17 years ago. Tea Life takes boba tea to the level by creating this delicious tea with a variety of fruits,herbs and seeds and vegetables (cucumber). Tea Life certainly crafts their teas to perfection and they get it right consistently Everytime! This place is clean and always busy,the music is a bit high for us people with hearing aids or cochlear implants or the hard of hearing , the music volume level is inconsistent and always varies. So maybe setting it to more comfortable level for people with sensitive or hard of hearing candidates. Thanks for creating this gem of a place. A word of caution if you are sensitive to caffeine, you may want to get something that doesn't have caffeine, the tea they use is top shelf tea,super fresh, every time. If you want to stay up, try their green tea and black tea fusion teas,you will enjoy the nice clean buzz. There is one thing that Tea Life should be made aware and possibly adjust, it has to do with the rewards point system which currently defeats the purpose of the rewards points if you are sensitive to caffeine. The rewards points allows one to generate points and once enough points are acquired ,you would then qualify for free tea(s) depending on your spending tier. The drawback is this: You only have a choice from 3 teas to choose from (Signature Milk Tea w Boba, Classic Thai Tea w Boba,Green Thai Tea w Boba). So if you are sensitive to caffeine you will not be able to use your points for something without caffeine. So Tea Life, can you add some kind of non caffeinated tea to the rewards group? Also, I have a suggestion to implement. Every 6 months,open up a contest to the customers to come up with a blend to put out on the menu for 6 months. The winner gets one free boba once a month and the favorite is also featured at the Farmers Market as the Loyal Fan Blendee winner. The two winners from the year will then face off and the customers will then cast their votes to determine the best Tea Life Fan Blendee and winner will get a Tea Life Blendee Tea Shirt and a grand prize to be determined by Tea Life. read more

What can I say? This place serves really, really good drinks. I got the Oreo matcha brulee, which again was phenomenal. The flavor of the matcha was delicious and light, and somehow didn't taste like the horrendous prepackaged options, which was a very pleasant surprise. The boba needed to be cooked a tad bit longer, but it wasn't a big deal breaker. Now, my biggest issue with this place is the price! All of the good boba shops up here charge nearly $10 for a drink, that's actual insanity!! and yes I did pay that price cuz the other boba places suck really bad I really enjoyed this place, but I can't say I'll be back often because I'm paying more than what I would for Omomo and Sunright and I have to say I like their drinks a lot more and I would rather wait for a trip down the hill. I'm really upset with the service I was provided by the employees at this location. I've been supporting this small business for years since they started at the farmers market. It sucks that this is the second time I walked in and had a bad experience, which is the only reason I am on here now.. I usually have a difficult time ordering the drink I normally get and because of this I usually order with a rep instead of the kiosk. However since there was 2 workers there and only 2 other customers with small orders, they seemed too busy to bother. When I seen that they were making my drink wrong I quickly addressed it and asked nicely and politely for them to make it correctly the male employee asked the female employee and she said that it was OK. He didn't come back to address it. The female was trying to have me just get that drink which i didn't want, saying it will take longer to remake when there was literally no more orders after mines. I respectfully declined and asked if they could just remake. So the male employee asked the other two customers while they were walking out of the would like a free drink, which I took no offense. However, when the female employee made my drink, I noticed she was about to close the lid without the cheese foam I paid for and once again apologized and asked if she could please put the cheese foam I paid for inside. She rudely turned around from walking towards me and started talking with the male employee to what I took offense and asked if they may please just give me a refund. I was pissed by this point and let them know I will be sure to address this issue with the couple who owns the establishment the next time I see them at the market. read more
