Coming from Koreatown, I love me a good poke bowl. This place is great because there's something for everyone. They have poke, teriyaki bowls, bulgogi fries, ramen, sides and drinks. The prices match the quality of the food and they have plenty of topping choices. The place is big and welcoming. There's a nice swing with a beautiful backdrop that the kids love and a shuffle board. There's plenty of tables with chairs and booths. Hands down, my favorite restaurant in the high desert. Love coming to this spot! Whenever my fanily and I are feeling some great pokè we think of this place. My Mom and Dad truly love this place and my dad is picky with his food! The ambience of the restaurant is super cute. Very chill. It's kind of empty a lot. They set up is kind of a buffet style but they serve it for you. Definitely not all you can eat. It cost $19 and some change for the large bowl and it comes with four scoops of protein they use the tiniest melon ball scooper so you'll see a picture of how much meat was given for one scoop. I think they need to change out their serving spoon for almost $20. If you pay about $15 more you can get all you can eat sushi/sashimi from a dream Habani which is a block or three up so consider considering what you're paying out and what you're getting wasn't a great deal. The fish seemed good quality not the best but it was an OK quality I do feel like the worker who handled our service was new or truly unexperienced, the meat was mixed. There was salmon in the actual tuna, which I feel as a hygiene thing especially if anyone is allergic could be an allergy issue, we also ordered the beef teriyaki bowl and it was just a simple teriyaki bowl but for $38.58 for two items that's kind of a lot coming from a chipotle vibe restaurant. Best poke spot in the High Desert in my opinion. Everything is always fresh. Great selections of ingredients. New kid Chris did an amazing job making our bowls. I ordered a large poke bowl. I was trying to make my own custom poke nachos. I told the server I didn't want any rice or greens in my poke bowl. She hesitated to do what I had asked. This was my first time visiting Poke Haven. I feel bad giving it a low rating since the worker who helped me was nice, but the food was just really not exciting. I get the same poke bowl every poke place I've been to: Sushi rice, spicy crab, all salmon, spicy mayo, eel sauce, cucumbers, ginger, fish eggs, edamame. She charged me for spicy crab and still gave me regular crab, which is okay since it was just $0.75. Their scoops of protein are pretty small, so definitely get a bigger bowl so you get more proteins. The lobby decorations are cute, but definitely don't sit near the doors to the back kitchen unless you wanna hear the workers talking to each other. Honestly, the food was nice and spicy, and the Thai tea with boba was good, but the main thing I want to highlight was the customer service. I don't eat poke often and had a lot of questions about the menu items (nicely displayed on a big board with easy-to-read items) and the servers behind the counter were soooo kind and helpful. Got to admire the seafaring decor while I waited, including a really nice beach countertop at the register which was really well done. I ordered a Thai tea with my Pokerrito and while my food was prepped another person got to work on my tea. Right as I was paying for both the manager from the back came out and said, "I'm so sorry, we are out of half and half. We can't make any boba teas. Is there another drink we can make instead?" I didn't really want anything else and was going to ask for a refund when the girl making my tea said, "Hang on, let me go see if next door will let me borrow some of their milk!" I didn't want to make her run to whatever business was next to this place just for me, and I said as much, but she insisted. They actually did help her out and gave her the half and half, and my drink was done in less than five minutes. Wow. That customer service was above and beyond anything I was expecting. Look out for unexpected charges when asking for extra vegetables this place never charged me extra when I asked for extra vegetables obviously for proteins I understand, but the guy who helped me told me he would charge me if I got extra seaweed and ended up charging me not only for the seaweed, but for every little item that he added, for example the extra lettuce that I had asked for because I didn't get rice in my bowl read more

This place was good! Definitely not as good as the places down the hill, but for the high desert, I would say this place is pretty good. I got the small with 2 proteins, and I added salmon and spicy salmon. I had thought that perhaps they would mix the regular salmon with the sauce, but that was not the case, so if you prefer a saucy poke, I would recommend getting one of the options with sauce already on it. There was a good variety of toppings, but when I went, they were out of wonton chips, which was a bummer. The staff was super nice and did a great job. My only other comment is that these portions are tiny. Never in my life have I finished an entire poke bowl by myself until I came here. read more

Walked in and Cindy I believe her name is was helping a customer check out. Tells me I'll help you in a second. I patiently wait she comes by and says give her another second while she wipes the cutting board down I said ok. Another girl comes out and seems to be making to go orders ask her if she needs help, Cindy says no she's got it she was going to just finish wiping and pack the to go order that came through while I was waiting! Continues wiping the counter while I'm just standing there. Still no help from neither girl. I don't see how you're going to start an order that's to go when you have a customer right in front of you ready to order. Never asked if maybe my order was ordered online either of that to clear up that. This place is hit or miss. You have to pay for the fish to go on the Poke . The guy we had helping us was completely unintelligible and hard to understand. The food was yummy I suppose- but my bowl and my husband's got DRENCHED in pickled cucumber which entirely overtook the food and had to be picked out. Not a pickle as much as a nuclear vinegar bomb. I visited the spot a few times. It hasn't been overly crowded, probably due to the parking lot entrance, but you are automatically greeted by the associate when walking in which is nice. The previous visit the associate was curt but this time they were quite polite. I ordered a medium poke bowl and some fried dumplings. I thought the portion sizes of the protein were reasonable, but I do get how people can get quite demanding for more. All my protein was fresh (i.e. spicy tuna, salmon, and ahi) and it was mixed with greens which were nice and crunchy. The associate was mindful of my edemame allergy which is appreciated. The fried dumpling took some time to fry up. Honestly, it was a bit too oily and dense for me so I wouldn't order it again. But the poke was nicely balanced with my add-ins and sauce. The inside of the restaurant is brightly decorated. If you choose to eat-in, there are plenty of spaces to sit at. And the place was quite clean. You can play on their shuffle board, take some nice photos with their backdrop, or watch/listen to the music videos playing on their 1 TV. I did think that the number of options available was random but perhaps ideal for others? Besides poke, there's various dumpling items, and also beer on tap. You could also get tea, a shake, or Boba.
