We'd heard positive stuff about the many health benefits (sinuses, insomnia, and ear infections, to name a few) and decided to try it - I researched and found this place was the highest rated. Seriously relaxing. The cave is clean and cozy, and very comfortable. We felt de-stressed and really enjoyed/appreciated it. Afterwards, we were shown around by the owner (wonderful owners and wonderful staff!). We even got to try out the aqua massage - I can't explain how cool this was. We decided to add another service to extend our time here - the salt booth. Smaller than the cave and very intense. It helped us both with our sinus issues. Can't wait to go back and try the float pod next! It was reasonably priced and worth the drive from the west side! Can't wait to return!

Not much else has changed. Pricing remains the same to my knowledge. Classes are a bit larger now, which is fine. You still get the same great sense of community and support in your yoga practice. They also offer many other work shops, Reiki training, etc. And they still have incense, crystals, etc for purchase. Good on them! I enjoy being a part of the BOW family.

Why do I like this gym so much? Probably because it's open 24hrs. You can come and go whenever you…read moreplease. I usually go at night (after 10pm).. I'm normally the only one there. If anything, there may be two or three other people. It's rare. Everyone is friendly but they also give you space while working out. The equipment is kept up on - new machines are brought in every once in a while. One room is a lifting/weight area, the second room is cardio & cable machines, then the third room is free form & yoga. There is enough stuff to do without waiting for others to finish or move to another pierce of equipment. There are plenty of fans and TVs to use as well. There is also satellite radio that you can control in each room if you forget your headphones. I don't do this unless I'm in the gym alone lol. Everything is kept clean. The locker room is small and usable, but there aren't any showers or changing rooms. You gotta use the men or women's one stall bathroom. No biggie. Not gonna lie.. I love the vending machines. I'm able to try new healthy snacks or shakes depending on current inventory. Some of it you can't find at GNC unless you get a wholesale amount.. which I don't want if I never tried it. If I forgot my water bottle, water is only $1 from the machine.

Additionally, trainers tend to pressure clients to keep exercising, even when clients have known health issues. It seems the focus is primarily on selling coaching, and they often continue charging you even after your membership has expired.

Some of the reasons why I like it is that there's barely anybody there. It's not some pansy club like planet fitness where you get yelled at for dropping a weight or not justifying someone's feelings of self-worth. They do have flat benches incline benches a Smith machine treadmills bikes and Nautilus style equipment. I really haven't seen any more than six to eight people in the gym at any entire time and there's barely anyone there so that's why I like it. It costs about double of what planet fitness cost so it's about $10 a week but I go 20 times a month so it works out for me. There's easy parking. They have two restrooms with showers and then a third restroom. They're supposed to have trainers and group classes there but there really is only one trainer and no group classes. The equipment is worn down some of it's been broken for a long time like the stair stepper which they only have one and a treadmill. It's a pretty frequent occurrence that they run out of toilet paper. I have learned that they fired their cleaning crew so there's literally nobody cleaning the place. The previous manager said they did not have access to the dumpster anymore cuz they stopped paying the bill so they had to take the trash home with them to throw it out. Weird. There's literally nobody there to sign up new members nobody there to complain to nobody there to talk to about the clubs status so I went to corporate. This club is owned by a franchisee who has bought about 250 other anytime fitness clubs and probably destroyed them as well. They are managing this club directly into the ground until we got a hold of the corporate and now finally as of this week things are starting to get cleaned repaired and new equipment is on order. The one personal trainer that remains there is absolutely a sweetheart and for those of us who do go to the club almost every day we do love it. They have lame music in there that sucks and I wish we could change the station but they said that we cant. Overall two stars because there's nobody there which I like but the club is junk and expensive. The franchise owner better get off their ass and start fixing it
