Jennifer led a beginners class which I enjoyed very much. We went through multiple poses but took the time to really understand them based on her excellent instruction. I found it relaxing and helpful! Izzy led the second class I took which was more challenging for sure but also accessible for a beginner such as myself. Izzy kindly offered some help but I didn't slow down the excellent pace. I made it through the entire hour and felt excellent afterward all day! Progress! Whole my experience was only one class with Angela, it was top notch and I went home feeling great. She followed up with my visit, and I was very happy. Unfortunately for me The class time didn't work well with my schedule. I also looked into private training but unfortunately it was a little pricey for me. Class sizes are small, and hands-on assistance is given if/when it's needed. Sometimes those little corrections make a huge difference in the practice! Various props are provided and used to facilitate poses. Attention is paid to breathing, and pleasant, soothing music provides a relaxing background for the class. I left feeling relaxed and toned, without pain or soreness. All told, Kim's classes give a nice, balanced workout.
