I've come here twice now for the ice hockey team's end-of-season awards and working with Fidel has been a pleasure both times. He has worked to complete orders by the date I need them. This year, there were a couple issues with the engravings, and he quickly fixed them the day of the event. This is the only place of its kind in Davis, and I'm glad it's here. The owner is a nice guy but he told me multiple times to my face that he would contact me about a requested project, took my number, said it was going to happen and..... nothing. Super helpful. I came in last minute on a Friday to get a watch fixed after I tired replacing the battery myself. Owner was kind enough to spend time working backwards to fix my watch and even staying a bit past closing. Really appreciate this type of service and would highly recommend. read more

Awards & More of Davis use to be downtown, but they moved to this location. I think this is a bigger spot for them. I came here for a fantasy football trophy. I explained exactly what I wanted, and what I got back far exceeded that. I paid 60-70 for the trophy, with engravings. I was blown away and loved the trophy. I also came here a few times to get my watch battery changed out. I believe it was $10. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Service was awesome. The man and I had a nice conversation about the Sharks after, definitely a good experience. Need awards? Or just watch batteries? Come here, you won't regret it. read more

I brought our glass Fantasy Football trophy to be engraved here.... I asked them to put about a half inch of spacing between entries, and to match the font. As you can see in the photo they did neither. Also, they said it would take about 2 weeks. I called them 3 weeks later because I hadn't heard, and the guy said that he lost my number. I should have known better since he wrote my info down on a torn corner on a page. Needless to say, I will not be a return customer. read more

I needed a trophy last minute for a gentlemen's cornhole league, and Awards and More completely exceeded my expectations. Not only did they offer me several selections at various price points 30 minutes before close, they were extremely kind about it. I was able to leave the store with a personalized, engraved trophy and it turned out even better than expected. I'll definitely be a repeat customer, whether it's for an award/engraving or "more" - they also replace watch batteries. Next time, I'll be a little more considerate and get there 45 minutes before close. ;) read more

I reached out to the company back in June to get a plaque for an employees 10 year anniversary. They said they would order it and could have it done in a month or so. I completely forgot until September so I called and spoke with Fidel- the owner- who had also forgotten. No big deal, I'm pretty understanding- especially since i also forgot. He told me he would order it, get it engraved, and it would be done in about a week and a half. Fast forward to October 18th- I've called and left 3 messages (that doesn't count the number of times I've called and NOT left a message- apparently they NEVER answer their phone), I've sent 3 follow up emails requesting a status update and they have yet to return my call. Again- I'm super understanding so if they'd forgotten about us (again) I wouldn't be mad... if they would have just responded and said so. At this point, I'm taking my business elsewhere since they clearly don't need it. Our company has used this business for all of their employee plaques- we love to support small/local business. I had gone here to order some plaques for the international students graduating from UC Davis. I had insisted when the group was deciding about where to place order that we needed to go local. I spoke to this local business owner and we agreed on the price for the plaques since we needed 10. The owner promised to send us a draft before making the plaques so that we can check for errors/make edits. He never did, and when i asked 2 days to our events if he was going to get the work done, he was upset. He saved a draft copy of our work as "international assholes job". We canceled the order after seeing this and still till this day, i did not receive any direct apology from the owner. See picture read more
