This dealership supports the poor craftmanship of the trash vehicles that they intentionally sell. I purchased a certified used vehicle from O'Neil Nissan in 2019. During the winter of 2024 the paint began to peel off of my vehicle. I visited the Service Department in March 2025 and the Service Manager, Chris Ritaldato, said that there is nothing that they can do to repair the peeling paint. Chris says that they have a 3 year paint warranty. Why is there a limitation on the paint warranty if the craftmanship of the cars is good? And, why is it only for 3 yrs? That's less than the manufacturer's warranty. No wonder numerous lawsuits are popping up against Nissan. This dealership is selling trash cars! I've had vehicles for over 10 years and the paint never peeled. Clearly, the certified cars at O'Neil Nissan are certified lies. read more

A price was agreed upon and just before we start handing over the check for money down and signing, we are told we can't have the full amount of the discounts to reach the agreed upon sale price. If you own a silver Mustang and got it serviced at this dealership and your front bumper fell off shortly afterwards, mysteriously, you should know that your bumper was ripped off in this shop and was put together using a play dough putty to hide the damage until you drove of their lot. Took my 2019 Murano to O'Neil because I read reviews stating they were on there game for service. Purchased my vehicle at Peruzzi Nissan and was very disappointed with there service so I took it to O'Neil. Had a noise in my front end since I purchased my vehicle. First time I was told it was in the brakes. When I picked up vehicle the same noise was still there, took back again, and again and again. 7 times Total. They called a Nissan representative in to find issue. They finally found problem. When I received my vehicle, my inside was full of greasy hand prints all over the drivers area and passenger area. I let it go and had to scrub my car . Then I took my car to be washed and notice my 2 front tires were all marked up and my right front rim had scratch's, and both front rims had chips on them. Needless to say I was not happy. Took it back and they had a detail person spray it with shiny tire solution to mask what they did to my tires. My tires were like brand new. Garage kept and low, low mileage. I take good care of my vehicle. I will NEVER take my car there again. They have no respect for customers vehicles. And I am Appalled at Nissan. Also received some real attitude from one of there service reps. Which is really none of there business. Car is under warranty. So if I bring it back 100 times it's not there concern. First time I purchased a new car and they took away the joy of having a new vehicle. Will NEVER buy a Nissan again! read more

I'm absolutely APPALLED by the way I witnessed Maggie O'Neil treat a customer in the service center. I came to pick up a friend who was having their vehicle serviced and saw first hand how this dealership treats customers. It sounded like the dealership damaged this poor man's vehicle while it was there and when he asked for help to have it repaired, Maggie was incredibly rude. I purchased a used RDX Acura in November. I checked car normally test drove it. Seemed like mice car. Purchased it and took it home next day. I drove it at night for first time on Thanksgiving. The headlights were so dim I couldn't see. I had to replace assemblies because RDX Acura has issues with inside of lights. It was freshly state inspected by their shop. Shouldn't have passed. Talked to salesman couple days later. Didn't do anything. He said they would be sending me a survey. Never received, probably only send them to peowith mo issues. Moral of story check your car in daytime and either at night or in dark garage. read more

I walked into the building last week in order to pick up my car that I had dropped off for service. While waiting behind the sliding door, I witnessed Gina, the service writer, SCREAMING at one of the employees. The employee was trying his hardest to be calm, and even suggested to have the conversation at a later time, however, she would not budge. This was incredibly unprofessional on her part, and it was honestly sad to see a young man being more mature than a grown woman. I was appalled by the way she spoke to him, and it seemed as if she was having fun when yelling at him. If they take advantage of their employees like this, I wouldn't be surprised if they are doing the same to their customers. read more

I am very disappointed with the lack of care and honesty through my dealings with O'Neill Nissan. I called to discuss my situation, left a voicemail message for a manager and never received a call back. Hopefully, my message gets to them. I dropped my Nissan off first thing in the morning for O'Neill Nissan to look into a problem I was having. When I dropped my car off, I was greeted in a not-so-friendly manner. Then, when I picked my car up at the end of the day, I was given the same impolite treatment. I asked questions about what was wrong, parts and pricing and it was like I was bothering the person at the desk to offer me information. I was also told that there would be a very large charge for the work that needed to be done. I asked if it was covered and person helping said no. My extended warranty that was still active, was never discussed! O'Neill Nissan was going to charge me a large sum of money for work that wasn't needed and for something that was covered under my warranty. I took my car to another dealer and they found my extended warranty info right away. I am extremely disappointed that no one called me back, treated me with disrespect and was going to charge a large sum of money to correct a problem that was covered under my warranty. So things started out well, all of my questions were being answered quickly and efficiently. I sent them all the information requested to get my quote/rate. Once that was done I asked for a copy of the contract to go over as anyone would because its common sense. The moment I brought up the contract communication magically became an issue for some reason. I was told "Sure I can write up a contract on monday because today was very busy". First red flag right there. I find it surprising that it was so busy all of a sudden after all the prompt communication I was receiving that day especially considering that we're in the middle of a pandemic where almost no one is going out places let alone purchasing cars but ok. So Monday comes and goes and what a surprise still silence, no communication whatsoever. I had to reach out once again to bring it up and this time the response I received was "Sure let me check on that." And once again radio silence. What is there to check on? You're either doing it or not. Why even bother going through the whole process with me just to ghost me at the end, seriously? One simple request and I get shut out. So its apparent that they either don't like someone who actually asks logical questions, or there's something shady in the fine print of their contract that they had this big issue sending to me. All I wanted was to make sure everything checked out before I drove all the way out to this dealer that isn't near me so I can see the car in person and purchase it. Literally that simple but I guess its a good thing, you don't want to end up purchasing a car with a shady dealer who seems to either not care or has things to hide. This was going to my first car purchase as well. What a shame. Ended up going with a different dealer that had the same car and options as the one I was considering getting at this dealer, and somehow they were able to do everything without any issues unlike you were. They literally laughed when I told them about this experience I recieved. Head and shoulders above all others. I have spent the last 8 weeks researching and looking for the right vehicle at the right price. My wife was adamant about getting a Nisaan Armada. After dealing with 3 other dealers online and visiting two others, I was at my wits end with all of the shennanigans being played by the typical car dealership. "Woodbury Nissan" woodburynissan.com is a total joke and they misrepresent their prices online, not only on their site, but the many others they post on by having a fine print buried within only their site that was "3000 assumed on prices" that is now "5500 cash or trade factored in on all used car prices". Do not waste your time. O'Neil Nissan did not do any of this, the communication via email was spectacular, their vehicle prices was the best and they restored my faith in car dealerships. Not all of them are bad. Every interaction was pleasant and it literally took us 15 minutes to get to an agreed upon price. We were in and out the door in less than an hour. I was super ecxcited and had all my finances ready to buy my first car myself and I Went here this past weekend to look at a Nissan Altima SL that was $19,990. The pictures online looked great and I was hopping to lower the price a little too. Arrived at the dealership and the sales woman names Tina helped us. I test drove the car and the car was nice inside and i liked the car but then when I got out of the car, I saw the car had damage literally all over the vehicle, Hail damage!! The hail damage was all over the hood, passenger side, trunk plus the molding on the right side was all damaged (which she said is a "expensive repair maybe around $500") I was pretty taken back, because the pictures on the website are of the car not damaged, so they had false advertising. We wanted to bring the price down since I would have to pay for all the repairs at some local body shop. She said the cars are as is, and she couldn't take thousands of dollars off or anything. Even though the direct listing on the website didn't mention anything about the hail, plus I would have to get the molding and hail damage all repaired. She never took anything off the price at all, and then at the very end she printed us a paper that showed the complete total that was over $22k after taxes and fees and crap. At the end of the day, they were advertising a non damaged vehicle for a non damaged car price even the car had damaged molding and hail damage EVERYWHERE. Wasted over 2 hours of our time and will tell people to avoid them since we were scammed and told lies. very sorry I went here. read more

Had some numerous service done on my two Altima's and bought numerous parts in the parts department since 2012. Back in March of 2016 I bought a little bottle of touch up paint for my latest Altima. When I went to use it this fall the numbers on the bottle are all correct, but the paint isn't defective and doesn't match. When I called the parts dept. they said the numbers are good and that's that. Well O Neill is always calling to give them top ratings with Nissan and to buy my next car with them. If they won't stand behind a $22 bottle of touch up paint, I will not be doing any more business what so ever with them. I ordered new paint on line and any car business will be done in Feasterville or Montgomeryville. read more

I dropped my car off for service and asked them not to wash it. I told them I had it detailed and it did not need to be washed! It was spotless inside and out when I dropped it off. I picked it up, they washed it, never dried it and it had mud all over the bumper, wheel wells, gas and brake pedal, drivers side mat. I was not happy when I realized what a mess my car was. I started to clean all the mud off everything, dried all the water spots on my car. I decided to call the service department and tell them I was not happy with the way I got my car back. I spoke to someone from the service department named Tom. He told me he doesn't know how the mud got all over my car because they don't have mud there. All he could do was apologize. I told him when I dropped the car off that I had it detailed the day before and I didn't drive it after that, so I know the mud didn't come from me. My shoes are new and I don't have mud on them. He insisted the mud couldn't come from his dealership because they don't have mud there. I am very disappointed with Tom and Condition of how my car was returned to me. Bought a car for my daughter's 16th birthday at the end of December. Lou Kaiser (salesperson) was fantastic and really took the time to help me find the exact car I wanted. Drew Pearlman (General Manager) was genuinely friendly and went out of his way to help me out. I wanted to surprise her with the car on her birthday, December 27th and these guys went above and beyond! They showed up early and the car had been completely detailed with a big red bow. My daughter was thrilled. I don't have a lot of time and the purchase process was fast and easy. The finance team was down a man the day I bought the car and they still got me processed quickly. The service manager was equally friendly but we haven't had to deal with him any more than an introduction. I really can't say enough good things about this dealership.
