This was our first time buying from O'Neil Nissan. O'Neil was recommended to us by a friend. We hadn't purchased a car in several years but the O'Neil team made the process very easy and pleasant. We were great by Lou when we walked through the doors and enjoyed working with him. Lou listened and offered insight to the model we were looking to purchase. We never felt pressured. We also spoke with Connor who was friendly and offered information about Nissans. Lou showed us a few cars. Once our decision was made we worked with Tom to finalize the paperwork. This dealership supports the poor craftmanship of the trash vehicles that they intentionally sell. I purchased a certified used vehicle from O'Neil Nissan in 2019. During the winter of 2024 the paint began to peel off of my vehicle. I visited the Service Department in March 2025 and the Service Manager, Chris Ritaldato, said that there is nothing that they can do to repair the peeling paint. Chris says that they have a 3 year paint warranty. Why is there a limitation on the paint warranty if the craftmanship of the cars is good? And, why is it only for 3 yrs? That's less than the manufacturer's warranty. No wonder numerous lawsuits are popping up against Nissan. This dealership is selling trash cars! I've had vehicles for over 10 years and the paint never peeled. Clearly, the certified cars at O'Neil Nissan are certified lies. read more

If you own a silver Mustang and got it serviced at this dealership and your front bumper fell off shortly afterwards, mysteriously, you should know that your bumper was ripped off in this shop and was put together using a play dough putty to hide the damage until you drove of their lot. Took my 2019 Murano to O'Neil because I read reviews stating they were on there game for service. Purchased my vehicle at Peruzzi Nissan and was very disappointed with there service so I took it to O'Neil. Had a noise in my front end since I purchased my vehicle. First time I was told it was in the brakes. When I picked up vehicle the same noise was still there, took back again, and again and again. 7 times Total. They called a Nissan representative in to find issue. They finally found problem. When I received my vehicle, my inside was full of greasy hand prints all over the drivers area and passenger area. I let it go and had to scrub my car . Then I took my car to be washed and notice my 2 front tires were all marked up and my right front rim had scratch's, and both front rims had chips on them. Needless to say I was not happy. Took it back and they had a detail person spray it with shiny tire solution to mask what they did to my tires. My tires were like brand new. Garage kept and low, low mileage. I take good care of my vehicle. I will NEVER take my car there again. They have no respect for customers vehicles. And I am Appalled at Nissan. Also received some real attitude from one of there service reps. Which is really none of there business. Car is under warranty. So if I bring it back 100 times it's not there concern. First time I purchased a new car and they took away the joy of having a new vehicle. Will NEVER buy a Nissan again! read more

I'm absolutely APPALLED by the way I witnessed Maggie O'Neil treat a customer in the service center. I came to pick up a friend who was having their vehicle serviced and saw first hand how this dealership treats customers. It sounded like the dealership damaged this poor man's vehicle while it was there and when he asked for help to have it repaired, Maggie was incredibly rude. I am very disappointed with the lack of care and honesty through my dealings with O'Neill Nissan. I called to discuss my situation, left a voicemail message for a manager and never received a call back. Hopefully, my message gets to them. I dropped my Nissan off first thing in the morning for O'Neill Nissan to look into a problem I was having. When I dropped my car off, I was greeted in a not-so-friendly manner. Then, when I picked my car up at the end of the day, I was given the same impolite treatment. I asked questions about what was wrong, parts and pricing and it was like I was bothering the person at the desk to offer me information. I was also told that there would be a very large charge for the work that needed to be done. I asked if it was covered and person helping said no. My extended warranty that was still active, was never discussed! O'Neill Nissan was going to charge me a large sum of money for work that wasn't needed and for something that was covered under my warranty. I took my car to another dealer and they found my extended warranty info right away. I am extremely disappointed that no one called me back, treated me with disrespect and was going to charge a large sum of money to correct a problem that was covered under my warranty. I walked into the building last week in order to pick up my car that I had dropped off for service. While waiting behind the sliding door, I witnessed Gina, the service writer, SCREAMING at one of the employees. The employee was trying his hardest to be calm, and even suggested to have the conversation at a later time, however, she would not budge. This was incredibly unprofessional on her part, and it was honestly sad to see a young man being more mature than a grown woman. I was appalled by the way she spoke to him, and it seemed as if she was having fun when yelling at him. If they take advantage of their employees like this, I wouldn't be surprised if they are doing the same to their customers. read more

Had some numerous service done on my two Altima's and bought numerous parts in the parts department since 2012. Back in March of 2016 I bought a little bottle of touch up paint for my latest Altima. When I went to use it this fall the numbers on the bottle are all correct, but the paint isn't defective and doesn't match. When I called the parts dept. they said the numbers are good and that's that. Well O Neill is always calling to give them top ratings with Nissan and to buy my next car with them. If they won't stand behind a $22 bottle of touch up paint, I will not be doing any more business what so ever with them. I ordered new paint on line and any car business will be done in Feasterville or Montgomeryville. read more

I dropped my car off for service and asked them not to wash it. I told them I had it detailed and it did not need to be washed! It was spotless inside and out when I dropped it off. I picked it up, they washed it, never dried it and it had mud all over the bumper, wheel wells, gas and brake pedal, drivers side mat. I was not happy when I realized what a mess my car was. I started to clean all the mud off everything, dried all the water spots on my car. I decided to call the service department and tell them I was not happy with the way I got my car back. I spoke to someone from the service department named Tom. He told me he doesn't know how the mud got all over my car because they don't have mud there. All he could do was apologize. I told him when I dropped the car off that I had it detailed the day before and I didn't drive it after that, so I know the mud didn't come from me. My shoes are new and I don't have mud on them. He insisted the mud couldn't come from his dealership because they don't have mud there. I am very disappointed with Tom and Condition of how my car was returned to me. All I can say is I wish I had before and after photos. read more

A week later, I took off from work to get it done, and when o showed up for my appointment, the service gentlemen said they don't do Mercedes because they don't have the proper tools for it. If I could give O'Neil Nissan a zero star I would. I purchased a New 2019 Nissan Maxima. In addition I purchased the complete vehicle protection. I dropped my vehicle off for some wheel damage. Wheel was repaired but tire that had major tear in it was never repaired. Had to tell service this was not acceptable. Both tire and rim needed repair. Tire was not in stock. How are you a Nissan Dealer and you don't stock the tires for your Nissan Maxima's? I have been without my vehicle for 3 days now. No loaner vehicle was ever provided even though I purchased a new vehicle and purchased the extra protection. No shuttle service was ever provided. Disappointed, frustrated, pissed are a few things that come to mind. I had to take Uber to work now three days going on four. From my personal experience here I will not buy any other vehicles from them nor recommend any friends, family, or acquaintances to this establishment. Word-of-mouth has two sides to it. Just as new customers seek out businesses based on recommendations from people they know, prospective customers will avoid a business when they've heard first-hand accounts of poor customer service. People tend to believe first hand accounts from their friends and acquaintances more than they believe impersonal sources such as advertising, and they give more weight to negative reports than to positive reports. Prospective customers that might have found their way to your business will instead check out what your competitors offer. read more

I bought a used Nissan Leaf here and it had to be the easiest car purchase I've ever made. I drove off the lot in the freshly detailed car less than an hour after I agreed to buy it. I've been back for service a couple times for that and my older Altima, and their service department has been excellent too. They were willing to fit in walk-ins while the other area Nissan dealers (Montgomeryville and Colonial) needed an appointment several days in advance. There's a big waiting room with nice seating, water, snacks, a custom-cup coffee maker, and a big screen TV with the remote out so you can change the channel. read more

Based on two separate trips to the service department, with two different vehicles, I would give this service department a big thumbs down. The last experience was Saturday. My wife was constantly mentioning a "sputtering/ hesitation" while accelerating from a slow speed, or while not being on the gas and letting the car coast to a slower speed. Our guess was possible something with the transmission. (We are not mechanics) The problem seemed to occur when the vehicle would enter or leave first gear. It's a 2015 Nissan Altima purchased elsewhere. She called and talked to two different people at O'Neil asking if they accepted an All State warranty and they said yes. So she booked and appointment for a Saturday drop off at 8:00 am. When we arrived we spoke to the gentleman behind the service desk and he told us that they wouldn't be able to work on the car because the guys that do that aren't there on weekends. Plus, the engine light wasn't on etc. excuse after excuse. Also they cannot contact he warranty company on a Saturday. Basically, all we could have had done was the oil change. What a total waste of taking a Saturday off. Not only was the car not even looked at for the problem, I lost Saturday wages! When you have a problem with a car what do you do? Personally we, take the car to be looked at. That is hopefully before the engine light goes on or the car breaks down. I guess that's not how this dealership views things. The general man told us he was sorry and would put the car to the front of the oil change line. After calling multiple times to see if the car was finished with no answers we decided to stop in at 340pm (20 min before the service dept. closed) While waiting to speak the the service department we saw our car being driven in for the oil change. After apologizing again and blaming the person we spoke to for making our appointment on a Saturday the gentleman at the service desk covered the $19.99 oil change and told us he would give her a rental car sometime during the week so the car could be looked at. There were many things that went wrong with how we were handled. Needless to say, we will be looking for a new dealership to take our Nissans to. read more

Called O'Neil Nissan for service and got a response 7 hours later asking me to call the next day with no apology why it took so long and when I mentioned I going to go to another dealer for my service I was told you can use whatever dealer you would like for service. I would guess they are so busy that really don't need the money I would spend for service and this is the second time this happened and did not receive either of the two times an apology. My vehicle is a 2017 leased at O'Neil which was a mistake on my part and it will not happen again. My recommendation would be find a dealer that cares. read more

"Caveat emptor" just listen to what they say then read, truly read what they tell you to sign, then READ again before you do.The sales staff are nice and accommodating, they lull you into a sense of confidence by being so friendly. They even have an O'neill on staff to assure the prospective client a sense of owner involvement further showing the familial commitment to the brand. The guy that has you sign, will basically place a stack of papers in front of you and in an expeditious manner just starts telling you where to sign. That's where they start offering additional options. But alas, that's what sales people do though, it's the proverbial "scorpion and frog." So I walked out of there thinking I leased a vehicle, which I was told was for 12k miles a year, (but it's for 10k it's on paper, read everything!!!!) and paid for oil changes and some rim wheel protection at an extra 30 bucks a month. Yeah I know, shame on me. So I still have to cash in on my oil changes because when I have attempted to get oil changes there's always an excess of an hour wait. Now I don't know how busy you are, but I don't have an hour or an hour and a half to wait for an oil change, just because of life in general. I rather be with my family then spending an hour or so in a waiting area. In the end if you are going to use this dealership carve out a good part of your day to read and be a stickler, don't give them an easy gullible target like I was. read more

beyond believable they cant repair my car. almost two months later i had to take my car somewhere else. i had to report them to nissan. manager (tom in service dept. )told me go'' f__ck myself''. other employees stood there and laugh. i paid over $200 to replace rear shocks. problem was not fixed after confirming with multiple dealerships. never have i ever been treated like that. this place needs to be closed. even when i went back they all acted as if i was the problem and im asking for free service. tom told me i bought my car at a private dealer and they were doing me a favor by good willing? nissan consumer affairs paid, not the dealership. i paid. job was not done as parts were missing. due to safety i wouldnt take my car there ever again. read more

the o'neil dealerships, both the buick and nissan are great dealerships to deal with. However, I purchased a new 2013 Altima and I have a serious shuddering problem with the power train, which is quite common in the 2013. I had the vehicle in for service on said problem, and they did a thorough and complete check and found nothing wrong. They did everything they could to rectify this problem, however, nissan states that the shuddering is common and nothing is wrong. it is happening because of the CVT transmission and the transmission adapts to one's driving habits. come on, get real, it should adapt to the engine and vise versa. If the altima had a normal transmission in it, I would definitely buy a new one from this dealership. the dealership can only do so much for the customer and when there is a company who doesn't care about the customer than the dealership loses repeat business. I am in the process of checking other model vehicles out at the present time and will probably trade the altima in. It's a shame because this vehicle has only 22241 miles on it and is fully loaded. once again, the dealership is great, but the product leaves a lot to be desired because of the I don't care attitude of the manufacturer, NISSAN. read more
