This was how I knew I was not being helped by the cashier to the fullest; For example with cashiers' responses with; yeah uh huh yeah uh huh! And I asked the cashier; if I can attach my rewards to my purchase and cashier replied "yeah uh huh yeah uh huh again and by that time my pin# and payment already gone through and done and I was thinking like I'm out of here". I've also tried the car wash in the past too and I'm not a fan. I bought the most expensive package and when done I still had soap residue on my car after the final drying step. I'd rather use the other car wash in town. It seems like strike 3; service/food/car wash, right? Well I wouldn't count the service against them this time since I've always had good service when I went there in the past. I paid $25 for a full service wash which was supposed to include exterior, interior, vacuum, windows and freshener. Needless to say all they did was a crappy vacuum of the carpets in the front and back, nothing else except run it through their wash and dry. When I brought it to their attention they told me that because it was an SUV it would cost more. I didn't even get the air freshener. There is still bug splat on the windows, dirty cup holder, sand in the gears. It all comes with travel, but hey that's why I was paying them?

For one, the pressure wand seems to be both active while not depressed, and very light on the output. For two, there's barely any foam on the foam brush. Two other tools were completely unusable. Ended up paying the same amount as full package automatic for a subpar wash. Not very good. Might be nicer if it had one of those air foamers tbh, but w/e. Gonna give this another look if I come across it again because I'm pretty sure it didn't even have any selector switch for soap/water/etc, but I might be misremembering. Come to think of it, is the air nozzle a "bring your own foamer" type of thing?? Unsure.

The work ended up being a bit extra but only $25 more and this was clearly stated. The work was FABULOUS! The car looks spotless and smell fantastic! He was able to get of sticky kids stains and crumbs out of the gear shift! There was one pen spot on the passenger side that he was not able to get out but it looked MUCH better.
