I took my 4 yo three times in the wee we were in the area on vacation. I was initially surprised that adults were not allowed in the structure but after watching her play I realized I wasn't missing anything except for tweaking my knees and bonking my head like I usually do trying to keep up with her. The food was better than expected. The pizza was delicious both the meaty regular and cauliflower crust. The staff was friendly and cleaned frequently. There is a toddler area for the small kids which was open and inviting. My grand daughter loved the giant air bag for jumping. The WiFi worked well.

Those Oregonian kids gotta have indoor places to play--it rains all the time! When I went in here I…read morethought, I wish we parents of young kids had a place like this back home. It rains so rarely where I live, it'd be a shame to be indoors all day. It'd be rad if they could open the roof on sunny warm days. Do I ask for too much? Imagine a really good indoor play structure. Like 3+ levels high! A small play area for tiny kids. Some video arcades and such. Some adult games like corn hole, shuffleboard table, darts, and such. A full restaurant and bar! A few cabana-type small rooms for parties or whatever. And it's not too loud!!! I was worried an indoor play area would be excruciatingly noisy, and not well ventilated. It seems like the space is big enough to suppress the kids' yelling, but not so big that the echoes impose. I guess the large space also helps keep the air from feeling stale, maybe they have added ventilation. The bathrooms are kinda small and I had to walk outside the main play area through the small lobby. The food is good, and they have a wide selection of beverages--including adult beverages! Free parking lot. The price is about what I'd expect for an indoor play structure, when we need to get out from the rain. PLUS there's all the other stuff. I guess the money I spend on food and beverage helps keep it open. I had fun cruising through the play structure with my 7yo and my 1-1/2yo. Some adults were conversing in groups, or alone engulfed in a book. If you have kids, go. If you choose to give a thumbs-up or not, I hope you found my review helpful!

Combined with a surprisingly well executed menu (especially given the constraints of their small kitchen and nature as a small business!), Ticket to Play serves a remarkable dining experience. Attentive staff make the whole purchasing experience delightful - simply order your food, grab whatever you want from the cooler, and they'll track your tab. Just remember to close out before you go. With delicious sandwiches and their signature soups, Ticket to Play is a solid option for a casual lunch, and that's not really even the point! No, the big draw of the cafe is the board game library. For a minuscule $5 fee, you get access to their well maintained collection of a few hundred games, and expert curation and recommendations. Are you a big time board gamer and know that you prefer dice placement games with engine-building aspects? They'll help you find something. Pitch black arena you end up getting shot by your own team more than the opposing team. If you request a game play mode the ref again says "we'll see" then never playing your request through the whole night. They make random teams so every game is mismatched on skill level. But if you ask to be with your son they intentionally split you up half the night. They have rules never seen before such as gun hits count then your gun, red dot, flashlight, etc get targeted and needing repair. If someone is found and complaints about cheating they will give them a soft warning but if you leave the course after a game before the ref says you get kicked out. I will never go here again and would advice all fellow air softers to not get treated like a baby and get talked down to by power tripping refs and pitch black maps and spend your money somewhere where they respect and show loyalty to their customers who are spending $1000s+

The carousel is indoors so that's a nice perk when it's cold or rainy. It's a large carousel with different animals as well as some benches, and they're adding others soon--including a U of O themed duck. The rides are pretty inexpensive at $2 each; you'll buy tokens at the gift shop. (They only take cards with a minimum $5 purchase.) Alternatively, you can pay $15 for unlimited rides for the day. The gift shop has lots of stuff... except t-shirts, which they were out of the day we came in and that was a bummer since I'd wanted to get one for the little one. There are indoor toilets here (yay) and they have some vendors--at least, there as a cotton candy vendor here when we visited. They also rent the space out and there was a nice private room off to the side of the carousel. There's lots of parking here since it's part of the overall Riverfront Park.

I went into pick up my art and she told me it was donated to charity. I had missed the 30 day pick up policy and when I asked why no one called she pointed to a sign on her counter (yes pointed) and said we don't call. Wow I was part of a large party who went for the first time together in December. None of us were informed of a 30 day pick up policy or told our items would be donated if we miss the window and they won't call us. She actually told me to take it up with the group organizer. When I called him he was like, I didn't know about a 30 policy. Yep! Wow again! I feel like they stole my money and my art. I was two weeks over the policy I never heard about. When she looked up my group on the computer she read, oh the lotus tile. She knew! I said where did it go? She said they donate to charities around town. What charity? She said she doesn't have to tell me. I'm thinkn I could go buy it back but she refused to even get up and look for it or tell me what happened to it. Why? Because she knew what happened her get lips were sealed. ? Maybe ? We came in at chaos Xmas. Spent many many hundreds of dollars. I've gone two other times to pick this up and they were closed. I work in Portland. I've been sick for over two weeks and my 30 days were up 15 days ago. Surely you see how much money our party spent. Why no courtesy call to let the group organizer know there was one item still at the shop. You do want return customers. What a terrible taste left in mouth. At minimum the day before you donate it, CALL! Is this even legal. If it's donated where it can be sold idk. I never signed anything saying they could sell my art? Where is it or did it break? And if a charity has it on display somewhere then let me see if they have and offer to give them a financial donation instead. I mean this is nuts. She was so rude and unfriendly. If the store manager reaches out and they can help me track this down I will donate money to the charity for sure. I'm sure they would rather have money than a tile I painted. It was my first time painting. This was about creating memories and not do I have one. I just got done telling my large party what happened to me and they can't believe it. I will take this review down if I have a good experience with the store manager when she follows up with me please! Please call me please. I don't know of any retailer that has that short of a pick up policy during the holidays especially since they were closed several days around Xmas. This is ridiculous. I paid to make art and then they took my money and my art. Nuts! So disappointing! Wendy S 503-317-8350
