I told her I tried to email a couple weeks ago to inquire about renting the studio, and asked how I should get ahold of anyone, she cut me off to tell me they get 35 emails a day, and don't have time to answer them all. So apparently they're too busy, and they don't need my business, so I'll be taking it elsewhere. I'm surprised places with this rude of customer service stay in business. It was nice that no matter where you chose to sit at it had a great view of the whole place so that the adults could visit at the tables and still have peace of mind and an eye on the kids the whole time. Staff were super friendly and helpful. SO many options for food which means we know exactly what we want to try next time. Only $10 per kid which actually was a pretty good deal considering all they can do while there. We stayed for about 3.5 hours. It started getting busier around 4:30 so if you can get there earlier I definitely recommend it.
