The replacements were done quickly. I was so impressed that I immediately went home and grabbed a pair of earrings that had an opal fall out of the setting in and brought them back to see if a match could be found. They are in the process of doing that now (it was a heart shaped opal which I guess are difficult to find so may take longer), I will update after that is complete but, so far I am very impressed! I told Jeffrey that I wanted heavy and he did it up. The round and oval link chain has a total weight of 216 grams and is made in three segments so it can be worn at four different lengths or as a short chain and a bracelet. The puzzle necklace weighs 162 grams and was created from a drawing on paper that I shared with Jeffrey. My design was to look like people interlocking but most just see puzzle pieces. I came in to have my watch looked at...I have a lifetime warranty from somewhere else on the battery and that establishment informed me that I would need repairs. I searched for a replacement in the interim...and was without watch for almost a year. Enter Awesome Jewelry! Brought them my watch, prepared to pay for the repairs because i love the watch and cannot find anything similar....the owners were ridiculously nice. They cleaned my watch (now it magically works!) innards and also let me look through catalogs to see if I could locate a replacement if this watch poops out again. I found something and again, the owner took my info, entered me into the system, entered the new potential watch info & so now it's on file for when I need it. She even offered to order it and said I wouldn't be obligated to buy. Wowza. I went in intending to have a watch engraved for my husband but realized once I was there I needed some work done on my own jewelry as well. I received an estimate to replace a small diamond in my wedding band in addition to having both the band and ring rhodium plated. The quote I received was very fair and they were able to get the job done within one week. The salesman told me a little bit about the shop. It's owned by a mother and son. Everyone in the store is very friendly and will strike up a conversation with you. There's no pressure to sell you anything. They carry interesting estate pieces worth checking out. A third-generation​ jeweler, Jeff does wonders with solid silver. His skill is such that he can repair flute embouchure plates, something never even attempted by instrument repair people.
