Instruments were reused on me from client before me. Cyndy was working on a 2nd manicure going back & forth between another client and me. No washed hands between clients. The files and drill were reused on both of us (clients)without being sanitized. She cut my baby toe and just ignored it and kept on working dabbing the cut with her pedicure towel. No sanitized towel to dab blood. Then I noticed her Station had coffee spilled on it, not cleaned or sanitized before I sat down. The plexiglass divider was full of fingerprints and dirty. Well, it's definitely difficult to find a place that does a good manicure/pedicure. The first time I came here it was to get my gel nails redone - The nail polish was so thick and clumpy, horrible (done at another shop here in Bullhead) - the guy with tattoos did an excellent job - I was completed happy. So, of course, I came back to get a basic mani/pedi - the "technician" a young girl, did a basic pedicure - seemed like she was new, kept filing my skin, just seemed like she wasn't experienced, overall she could have used a bit more attention sloughing the bottoms of my feet, however the arch area doesn't need to be sloughed - actually it is tender and hurts. The guy with tattoos gave instruction to her guess she was taking to long because then this older lady came over and cut my what I suppose was an ingrown toenail. The reason​ they get ingrown is that the nails are often cut incorrectly... I had asked for her not to cut my nails. The language barrier... came into play... not sure they understand me and I definitely don't understand them. Then the older lady started my manicure... man she was rough, scraped my nail bed, took a lot of my cuticles​ that really didn't need to cut, then she wanted to use an acrylic nail dremel on my natural nails, uh no! so she so got a major attitude, for what, that I said no? dear lord. So, of course,​ my nail polish was applied badly, had streaks, and wasn't done properly. - That does seem like the M.O. - modus operandi- or operating mode in most shops... the technicians cut way too much cuticle, use incorrect​ implements, and often don't take time to really do a good job - rush in, rush out. I paid $42 for a job I could have done myself, but I was getting married and my husband wanted to treat me. I wouldn't go back nor would do I recommend​ this place. I long for the days when a manicurist was a PROFESSIONAL that took pride in her work. The hack jobs I can do without. read more

I used to come here and bring mom, sister, bf with me for nails, since they decided to be rude I took my business elsewhere. Also, the young guy with tattoos messed up my gel nails and they all peeled off same night! Additionally, he kept telling me to move my fingers and rudely told me to stop watching him and watch TV. I went in yesterday for my appointment at awesome nails in bhc and got a full set done by a guy with an arm sleeve. I originally wanted very simple nails with a heart and he kept telling me he doesn't know how to do that. Okay, so he seemed annoyed with me from the get go and kept yanking my hand around. He then showed me a flame. I said okay we can do something with that. I felt pressured into getting a set I didn't even want and he kept stressing to do hot pink. I don't want hot pink and it took everything in me to speak up. I asked if I could do black with the flame. He didn't measure the length of any of my nails and I asked for almond nail shape at least. They were closing up so I didn't have time to look at them fully. I got home and saw how bad of a job was done. I had crooked nails, one side was straight and the other curved majorly. So I called today to see if I could get them taken off and redone cus they looked beyond repair. The lady told me that "they don't have 2 hours" to redo my nails but if I want them fixed I have to go back to the same guy and get them reshaped. So I go in and would have rather just have them taken off. The staff were annoyed with me and I ended up telling the guy who did my nails my issues and he was so angry. He started yelling at me and completely humiliated me. I started crying and he kept giving me so much attitude. He was very angry. He was shaking and throwing my hands around and being extremely unprofessional. I felt so uncomfortable, I started crying and he laughed at me and shook his head. I scheduled a mani/pedi. I declined the upgrade from her menu. Pedicure took about 10 minutes to complete. When I declined the upgrade of Gel, she was done speaking to me. Some of my nails are rounded and some square. I even have a couple that are rounded on one side and square on the other. The paint job was worse that when I do it myself and I can't see. Left me sitting under nail dryer until I had to go find her watching television. I did not feel welcome here at all and will not ever return. read more

Wow ZERO STARS if that was an option I would choose it. I paid the upgraded price to get the higher pedicure package. This lady went SO FAST literally was through all the steps of scrub, mask, and "massage" within 2-3 minutes. Starts trying to paint, I question why she hasn't done the callus remover (that is part of the package I paid for) she says she thinks I "don't need it" but oh I also would not receive a refund for it either. During the manicure she sliced my cuticle open and then tries to cover it with her hand and get the bleeding to stop and then laughs it off when I said she had really hurt me. Went here because my son in law's girlfriend recommended it. I can't say I'll ever go again. The man who did my nails was, honest to god, one of the most miserable people I've interacted with in a very long time. He was genuinely awful, and made no attempt to hide the fact that he wanted nothing to do with me. He acted disgusted and only spoke to me to tell me to "not look at him". He made me feel horrible, because here I am never having been to this place, never having met this man, and yet I'm being treated like I'm practically diseased. It was embarrassing and I had a hard time not crying in the middle of the session. I should have left, but I was too embarrassed and I hate causing a scene. Confrontation isn't something I enjoy, which I regret in this moment, because thinking back to how this man made me feel makes me wish I told him off beyond "you're incredibly rude and unprofessional". If you don't want to be treated like something less than human, if you don't want your day ruined, if you don't feel like being humiliated in front of several strangers: Avoid this place. Unfortunately I live way to far away to make this my regular pedi joint, but if I ever find myself in Bullhead AZ or Laughlin again, I will make a point to stop here. What was great about it? The staff was friendly, the place was clean, there was no pressure for other services like eyebrow waxing etc. They had an abundance of colors to choose from, and the prices were insanely reasonable. $22 for a full spa pedicure including a hot stone massage. The service is great. The atmosphere is nice. Everyone is friendly there. Lots of parking. I have been there for both pedicure and fills and they are very good at nails. My nails always look beautiful and they last till my next fill. My pedicure, they gave me a seasalt scrub, a 10 minute foot and leg massage, hot stone massage, hot towels and some warm essential oils. All for $32.
