I'll start off by saying if I could give this place a zero it still would be overrated. I walked in Tuesday to get a fill. They sat me down and had a man come over to do my nails. He immediately started out ruff, absolutely crazy fast. I knew it wasn't going to be a good experience. I was absolutely right. It wasn't two minutes until he had cut my thumb making it bleed. No apology at all. When I said ouch, his reply was " well your nails are lifting". I told him it doesn't give him permission to cut me and he needs to be more careful. He didn't offer any anesthetic, not even caring to wipe the blood ( pictures attached) continuing to be ruff. I ask if the lady could do the fill. (Kelly) took over. When she sat down they immediately were talking about the cut and was actually laughing about it. The man spoke up and said " her nails are lifting". What an idiot , doesn't give them a past to be ruff and injury people. Needless to say I should have just walked out when he cut me. Even Kelly rush through, cut the cuticle on my little finger. (Picture) She did a horrible fill. They are going to give someone a serious infection. This place is nasty and dirty. Everything on their stations is nasty. I'm surprised the health department lets them operate this way. I have attached photos for proof of this review. I'll never step foot in that place again. Horrible service dirty tools and stations I'm pretty sure if I would've tried to get a foot pedicure I would've got foot fungus. The guy that was doing my nails was extremely rude. He kept looking away and filing, and he made one side way more short than the other, making my nail look crooked he said it will look fixed when we put on the polish, which is not true he's lazy and very unprofessional. He stopped my nails and was watching a video that his friend was showing him. This time, I scheduled an appointment for myself and a friend to have pedicures done, but when we arrived, the pedicure area was full and we were told to wait. Of course, I understand that there can be delays, so we waited. I asked them how much longer after 5 mins had passed and the guy seemed frustrated and said some things that I didn't understand. It must have been a fluke day 9 months ago when I wrote this review because it has been nothing but down hill from there. I have been coming here consistently, every 2 weeks for a fill. The product is wonderful. The disrespect for peoples time is my issue. When I make an appointment, I would hope my appointment would be honored. Just like they except us to show for our appointment, as a client I except you to be respectful of my time when I arrive. Please know, I am not in any way shape or form saying they should be sitting there waiting for me. But within 10 minutes would be awesome. Or how about a phone call advising to come at a later time? 3 times in a row I have arrived for my appointment and sat for OVER 40 minutes waiting. This last time was the straw that broke the camels back. I called at 3:25 and asked if I could come early as I was available and but my appointment wasnt until 4:30. She said she was finishing up someone's nails and had time so please come over. When I arrived, it was about 340 and I sat down. She finished up the client who she was working on and sat another woman in her chair, which I thought was weird. After that I waited until 4:45 before complaining. Sarah kept my daughter busy & painted her nails. She even apologized many times for the long wait. At 4:45 after complaining I handed Sarah $5 as a thank you. They then informed me if I chose to leave then I owed $7 for the paint they put on my toddlers nails. My appointment was at 1:00, at 2:00 my pedicure wasn't even started. I politely asked how much long and was told 5 minutes. 10 minutes later it still wasn't started. I was told they are short staffed. I'm a nurse so I understand that, but don't lie to customers. read more

This was my first and last time getting my nails done here. We were greeted and things were friendly, then it went downhill. I had a gel manicure service, removing old gel and applying new gel. She cut my nails, uneven, then was ready to polish without filing, shaping or buffing. When I asked her to shape them and make them even she shouted "ILL DO IT". After we got through that, she began painting and there were bubbles and bumps, some black (I had pale sheer pink polish) coming out of the bottle. When I asked her to fix it she became agitated and rude and ultimately told me "I'm tired of this" and said she wouldn't finish the gel. I asked for a regular manicure to get out of there and they began rapid fire talking about me and my Mom in Vietnamese. The problem? Bubble and Bump dont translate, so we could tell they were talking about us. When I confronted her she yelled they weren't doing that and I said you are, please stop and things stopped. This was undoubtedly the worst manicure I've ever had. My cuticles are a wreck, I paid $45 and did not get any lotion, massage, anything. They are a churn and burn in there...my Mom's manicure lasted 10 minutes. What a joke. See the picture for how bad my nails were left. I'm incredibly upset. I live in Ohio but from Bullhead City and have been to this nail salon multiple times. I came back in June for family reasons for a few weeks and got a pedicure done. Because he cut my cuticles, I have been fighting an infection since then. I just left the pediatrist in Ohio and he had to cut the infection out of my toe because I had an ulcer under my cuticle. I went in for a pedi yesterday at about 12:45 and I was not greeted. I signed the clipboard on the front desk when you walk in, only three names above mine and one is scratched out. I take a seat. 15 mins after arrival I was asked what I wanted, pedi I said. 30 mins later an irate customer throws a fit over a $5 charge. I think it was the manager told her not to treat him so rudely. I'm asked again what I'm there for. After waiting even longer I'm finally told I'll be seated shortly. Meanwhile I've watched 3 different lady's walk in and are sent straight to the back for pedi's, two lady's together are walking back as they're asked if they are the ones who "just called?" Shoot I guess I should've just called from my seat as I'm still not placed for a pedi and it's been an hour. I'm ready to walk out like I did the last time I was ignored here. Suddenly I'm told to go to the back tho nobody has offered me a hint as to where I'm to be seated or who my tech will be. I walk over. Not one tech moved their stool so that I could walk through them without stumbling, I'm again not greeted and finally very rudely a lady with short black wavy hair starts pointing real aggressively then shouting "here, here!" I sit and I kid you not I watch three more lady's be seated as my water grows cold and they get worked on right away along with a greeting that was pleasant and also receiving water all the while I pull my feet out of the cold ass water!! If you don't have time along with appointment don't advertise you take walk-ins when you clearly aren't staffed for that. Also it's rude to pick and choose based upon who you think will pay you better. I should have walked out but as I pulled my feet out of the frigid water finally manager come up and says "I'm sorry you wait so long just 10 more mins" I've been here going on two hours I just really wanted a good foot rub and pretty toes. Here goes I guess I've already waited this long. I won't say his name but he was nice but I found it odd and off putting he came up and said "you waited a long time" yeahh then he covers up my knees with a shammy cloth. I find this off putting because it's summer time everyone is wearing shorts or a dress. I'm wearing workout just above the knee's stretch knit workout shorts. Nothing exposed, cold feet and he covers up my knees and up to my shin. He then gives me my pedicure which was basic at this point because I want out of here. He asks if I want them trimmed I say yes. He cuts my pinky toe which is slightly painful, he says "you have two nails growing in different directions on your pinky toe, I cut it out" before I can even think of what he's saying because that doesn't seem right I just hope he'll finish soon. My other pinky toe hurt worse and realized he found my toe nails split. Idk why they do that sometimes. I told him this he says "some people are just different" but why cut off part of me that is attached?? My toes where a mess and sticky when I left. I had to gel top coat myself at home because it was messy sticky, tacky feeling. Rubbing alcohol started taking the gel polish off instead of the stickiness. Over 2 hours nearly three to be ignored, treated rudely and my feet still looked bad oh and it all cost me $47 I will never go back nor would I recommend. Also the customer service is absolutely terrible, no apology no discount for poor service but worse such lack of respect. You can clearly tell they DONT like you so they'll just ignore you and laugh at you and talk about you in another language. Never again! read more

I was a walkin for my first visit. The young lady at front desk was very friendly and welcomed me in. The gentlemen who performed the service did a half job of messaging my feet and legs. This should be a spectacular portion of the service. He did not do a good job of painting my toes. Then he sent me on my way before they dried. I just had the worst nails done in my life. The older man did these acrylics. He did a terrible job. The nails he picked don't even cover my actual nails and looks awful. Two nails he glued completely crooked-enough to where others say oh no. He didn't listen when I asked for white powder sparkle so he added glitter polish to the nails after but it didn't turn out correct. And I paid $50 for the acrylics. I have lived in town for about six years and used to be a regular here. Every review posted is accurate--it is loud, they are busy, some techs rush, some do good work, it is expensive, and last visit they charged me $5 to use a debit card. If you go, keep an open mind and bring plenty of money! The waxing is good; the nail work is usually average. The only pedi where some care is taken to work on you is the super expensive one ($50?) If you can afford it, it can be relaxing. Nice massage chairs but water for pedis offer cold; cameras and monitors all over like they fear a burglar; some employees feud with the Sally's staff. Too too busy. Book one appointment on 6op of others. Have an appointment, you have to wait an hour to even get your turn. So your treated like everyone else. One of their chairs were wet and some lady sat in it. They did not even try to clean it or put and towel on it. It could have been pee. They charged me $70.00÷tip=$80.00. My feet still feel rough and the rubbed so hard on my friends heels and after the skin harden back up. She realized they scubbed off skin. They were to busy laughing and talking to the guy behind them, she made my friend feet sore and papercuts all on the bottom of the foot. Never going back. read more

My little sister took me to get a pedicure here today and I've never been so disappointed with how my nails have been painted. They took me directly from the seat to the light to let my toes dry. They never hit my sandals. I sat under the light for 20 minutes while my sister was finishing up her pedicure and getting her eye brows waxed...we leave and I look down at my toes once I get home in Vegas and notice how horrible my toes were painted. I noticed my nail tech was being reckless but gave him the benefit of the doubt. I have never been so disgusted with a service I've been going here for 4 months getting my eyebrows done and when I walked in to get my brows done a new girl was doing them before she started I asked to see the hand mirror so I can show her how I like them. Horrible treatment of a LONG TERM GOOD TIPPING customer. Made a reservation to get the mail tech I wanted and was interrupted by the owner "Tiffany" who pulled my tech off of my nails for a walk in customer (who was willing to wait and agreed that it was a horrible business practice [former salon owner] and was Called selfish by the owner Tiffany, for wanting to finish my appointment with the tech I requested. Furthermore, I was with my daughter who was also told to wait. We both left without completing our appointment. Terrible business practices. Can not recommend this salon.
