The customer service was also terrible: poor communication, bad treatment and a very abrupt attitude throughout the service. I felt uncomfortable and not at all satisfied with the result. I've been here before and I received great service . Went back last night and I don't recommend going before closing . I got a pedicure and gel x but I left really dissatisfied with the whole service . My pedicure was done by a younger lady who didn't massage my feet only my calves , didn't cut the sides of my nails only trimmed the top and filed them . I work alot on my feet so I expect a full service and she was working so slow on my feet hoping someone would hop in and finish the pedicure. When it came to my hands the lady who did them placed my nail tips very bad . She had to take 3 of them off and she stopped mid way when she realized she was just doing it very poorly . Very messy application, thick glue under my nails . I mentioned there was air bubbles and she said it's fine . I didn't want to speak up but I also knew I was paying for it so I needed to . At the end of it Lindsey did my nails and saved them , I want to thank her for that . I was the second client to leave past closing and I just knew I wouldn't be back . If you do want to go here just make sure it's before they close.I arrived at 6 they close at 6:30 I would have rather come in another day than to have this rushed and half assed service if they would have just said so . Try it out! I was looking for a nail salón around the area and all the decent looking ones were couple miles away. I decided to try this one out despite the small amount of reviews (10 at the time). I'm so glad I did. I called in to ask if they had an opening, and they told me to come by. They were already ready for me when I got there. I got Rose and Nicki, and both of them were so nice, and helped me through to choose different packages. Nicki was very thorough and made sure my feet looked perfect, and massage felt so good! I had callus built up and lots of skin, and she made sure they are all gone leaving my feet baby soft. I appreciated that even though it was already closing time (5PM on Sundays), they took their time with the work. I did not feel rushed at all. And they accepted walk in's as they came in even after 5PM which I thought was very nice of them. $30 for gel manicure $35 for pedicure package I got, starts at $25. Accepts Zelle but not Venmo. Book an appt with Nicki for Pedicure, highly recommend her. read more

Lily is my go to since 2016. I'm so proud of her that she has her own nail salon now. She really deserves it. Good customer service and her work is with quality. I'm so glad that she has affordable price with her services. Lily is gentle when she does my manicure and pedicure. Very bad experience, went two times in less than a week, first I asked for gel. My nails were so fragile the second day I almost broke it. So I went back and asked for dip powder and explained the gel was not firming my nails. I had to pay again another 40$ just for them two start chipping in the corners the next day a finally two days after getting them done one of my nails completely broke. I made an appointment for 1pm for a gel full set, gel manicure and eyebrow waxing on a Friday, they seated me quickly. Lily was the one to do my full set, I made a request for a spiderweb mail design and she OUTDID herself, it was everything I wanted and more. Lena did my deluxe gel pedicure and she took her time and took the time to talk and get to know me. They were both amazing and made the experience so relaxing and enjoyable. I've been meaning to write a review! My girl just opened her own nail salon and she really is great at what she does. Great color selection. Clean new blue bag tools. Hot towels. I referred all my friends to this location and when I go back to get a pedicure and manicure, they always mention that they saw my friend. It's very personable, and it makes me really happy because it does feel like a relaxing experience. I also always make appointments so I don't know what the wait would be like. But from what I've seen when I'm there they usually get to everyone pretty fast. read more

This nail salon is under new management and the owner Lily is the best. She has clients that has followed her everywhere and I'm one of them. She is the only one I trust with my nails. She does amazing gel nails that stay for at least 3 weeks. Pedicure - she is great too! Only she knows how to get those annoying ingrown nails.
