The nail was also left with excess product around the cuticle area, making it look messy and unprofessional. She was also speaking with coworkers in another language throughout the appointment, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. While I don't know what was being said, the overall atmosphere was not friendly or professional. I paid for a quality service and left with nails that looked rushed and poorly done.
