I asked if he can file them down or cut them and he said no because they were already pre-shaped... I also asked if he can cut the cuticles and he said no I didn't need it mind you, you can see my cuticles pushed back they looked so bad. the shape wasn't even almond shape. Each nail looked very deformed and no effort was put into the nails at all so I asked him if he could cut them down and he said oh it's gonna ruin the nail polish and we would have to charge you more so I went back the next day to have the nails completely removed and I asked for a refund and he said yes I'll give your money and he proceeded to say do not come back he's like I'll remember you and I said that's fine. Remember me take a picture if you want. I paid $55 for a gel-x promotion that was supposed to be 35. When I went back to have my nails removed, he was helping another girl and she had the same issue but with only one nail and he was very rude to her and the girl was like oh are you gonna fix my nail he said no and she was like is anybody else gonna fix my nails and he said no he told her not to come back and he gave her her money back as well.

I can tell she is proud and passionate about her work and her sweet personality tops it off. The most important factor is how she listened to what I wanted, other nails salons will critique you and suggest something completely different than what you originally expected. I usually go for Gel X or an overlay, and whether I want something simple or a full design, they execute it perfectly every time. They're also amazing at recommending colors, they just get what you'll like. Half the time I come in undecided and give them full creative freedom, and I'm never disappointed. The salon itself is a great size, always clean and comfortable, and they're constantly playing a good show or movie which makes the whole experience even better.
