Just like other recent reviews have stated, this place has really gone DOWNhill. Today 12/23/23 around 3pm I walked in for a SIMPLE gel manicure. Wendy ( not sure if I caught her name right) worked on my nails. As can be SEEN she did a very careless rushed sloppy job. Before starting I made it very CLEAR what I wanted done and how I wanted them done. As she was filing my nails I brought it to her attention how they were filed uneven and that alone seemed to bother her, which of course, bothered me, because this is a service I am PAYING for, it is not free, although it should've been with this quality of work and service. Prior to this I have gotten several amazing sets and manicures done especially by Ellie, but to my understanding she has been gone for a while now doing school. I most definitely won't be coming back to this place any longer as the quality of work is poor. I hope to hear back from the manager or owner with a solution to this poorly done service, as it looks like other recent reviews have not had a response or solution. read more

Parking: easy parking since it's located in a plaza I got a full pedicure and a full set here. Super clean place and the customer service was great! Very professional. The nail artist did not cut my cuticles, instead she used the automatic nail filer on my cuticles and made me bleed in 3 fingers. Wrong sized gel x was used on my nail, leaving the sides of my nails exposed. There were so much glue under my nail that my skin is glued to my nails now. I came here because of the reviews and the fact that I work in the area I cheated on my nail salon because I needed my nails done for the weekend. A lot of places close early well i thought they were okay cute but felt rushed through the process of getting my gel mani like less than 30 min which i was nervous it usually takes me an hour i could tell some of the nails had overfill of the gel but i didn't think they would start lifting the literal next day. Eek. Ok so I went in on a wed night, I needed a gelx take off, a new gelx set and a gel pedi. Atmosphere: dead quiet, no music, tv on mute. Service: - seated right away, but not even 2 minutes to look through colors to decide. - they don't have all the gelx nail shapes in the diff lengths. So right off the top I'm getting a new set in a different length and shape than I wanted. -As she was choosing the sizes of nails to put on each of my fingers I told her I want them narrow, I cannot have them so wide that the sides exceed my nail bed. She wanted to argue. Telling me they will lift if they are too small (they never ever do for me), and repeats that if they do lift "it's not her problem". As if I would want to come back again anyways after this first visit. It was so uncomfortable as she tries to force me to get nails baked on that I don't like. I had to be firm and she then had a horrible attitude. Energy is contagious especially while someone is touching you, so at this point I'm not even feeling well. Far from relaxing. -She then proceeded to put one of my middle finger nails on so crooked it touched my ring finger nail :/ When I asked for her to fix it she got more upset and tried to convince me that my finger is crooked. Like a straight comedy spoof. She then removed and redid it and another one but visibly mad. Soooo uncomfortable plus everyone is now listening bc it's dead quiet. There are also 2 other conversations Being had with other clients in their tax in which they were quoted one price and then charged another, and another check was asking them to be thinned out well the tech was convincing her to leave her new set of acrylics a quarter of an inch thick against her wishes. :/// The set took so much longer than normal, time drug so slow bc of the tension of me simply asking for what I want as I'm paying for it, I have to look at these for 2 weeks and I never have any issues getting them as desired anywhere else. The design was ok, not all what I showed in the picture she had to go off of but close enough as I wanted out of there so bad. Total = $100 for nails =$41 for gel pedi with callous remover Result= Bad vibes. The tech clearly is not concerned with customer service. Expensive for not really liking any of it. 48 hrs later, 4 tips of gel polish chipping Chipping on big toe I would never go back or recommend them. read more

I hate leaving bad reviews especially during this pandemic... Unfortunately I won't be returning here. It was my first time, I stopped by on a whim because it was close to me. First off they got a drop of top coat on my pants and didn't even clean it off, so they're stained. Then the woman working on my pedicure made me bleed and kept just yanking out my cuticles without cutting them. The manicure was just a quick dip in water and hands wiped with a warm stinky yellow shammy. Then when they painted my nails it was 1 coat and I was able to see through it. My NON GEL manicure and pedicure easily shot up in price because they charge for every little thing they can. Finally decided to treat myself and found this cute little nail shop that was recently opened. Ellie's Nails Lounge has an extremely friendly staff upon entering. When walking into the building you automatically feel extremely welcomed. At the door, there are signs that indicate appointments and/or walk ins along with payments through visa card or VENMO. (not many nail salons I know have Venmo as an option, which is nice). I came in around mid evening (5 pm) and it was relatively busy... so make sure you have/make an appointment to secure a spot!! Prices are available on the wall and I decided to treat myself with both mani and pedi! Ellie, and this other sweet lady (whom I did not catch her name) and Ivy were extremely kind and were able to accommodate to the nail design I wanted. Although there was a language barrier with some employees, they were still able to communicate with me through kind gestures and smiles. I have very sensitive skin and Ellie and her team were able to be astonishly gentle on both feet and fingers!! I WAS VERY IMPRESSED! FELT LIKE AN ABSOLUTE QUEEN. My nails came out to perfection! I accidentally crossed my toes on accident while getting my nails done and they took the time to fix my mistake! WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! My nails came out looking beautiful and the shape was just what I wanted! It was very similar to the photo I showed them with the exception of exactly color & nail art design. And they are always ok with just filing my nails. They do warn me that they will come off within 3-4 days. I'm ok with that because they last me about 2 weeks. Today 8/9/23 they did a great job on my pedicure. But this new lady refused to do my full set if she didn't use the machine. I explained to her they are always ok with doing it. She kept refusing.
