The results were amazing and so much more natural! It did take about twice as long, but Soo was incredibly meticulous and took extra care to make sure I was completely happy. She even made additional touch-ups before I left. I really appreciate her attention to detail and dedication to getting it right. Highly recommend Soo if you're looking for beautiful, natural-looking brows!

I consulted with another company who is willing to correct. I followed the after care to the T so it was not due to me not following the proper steps. It was not worth $650, had it been less this wouldn't have bothered me as much. I wouldn't recommend this place. Obviously, I wasn't happy with the results if I returned three times. I didn't feel a point in reaching out to complain the odds of getting money back I'm sure were slim and I didn't want her to touch my eyebrows again. I have been to another salon before coming to Ruby's Studio. I don't really mind if it's a home based studio or a fancy high end lounge, as soon as she can do great job, I'll come to her place. I was recommended by my friend who got her lashes done by Ruby. I decided to give it a try. I was amazed of how knowledgeable and patient she is. She spent her time to explain to me different types, multiple styles of lashes and how to take care of them. I took a look of different pictures she showed me and found the one I love. The out come is fabulous. I got the best lash set ever. I promise I am not exaggerating at all. Ruby genuinely cares about her clients and is very professional. Back to update my review after getting my nails done by Ruby. I've been going to HYO Nails and Beauty Studio for about a year now. I come every 3 weeks consistently. I've never met any nail tech better than mine honestly. Ruby is her name. Girls, come check her out. She has tons of amazing designs both at her studio and on Instagram as @ruby_yenoanh. She just so skilled at her craft and it shows through her works. Literally, it's just jaw dropping when you see her works in real life. When you desires any design, just show her the pictures. It burned! But it wasn't until later that I really saw the damage. I had a piece of skin missing on my middle toe and a red bump that I'm assuming is from irritation. I don't think my nails look good and I had more than one cut on my toes. Here are pics of the worst one after I came home and the next day. Please reconsider coming here.
