Despite asking for corrections, the issues were not properly addressed. At that point, I asked for products to try to fix the makeup myself, which should never be necessary during a paid professional service. Based on the quality of the application and the inability to correct basic techniques, it is concerning that this individual was assigned to provide a formal makeup service, as the work demonstrated a clear lack of the skill level and training expected for this appointment. I regret not taking photos to document the result, but I was extremely distressed and crying due to the time pressure before my photoshoot. I can only hope I managed to fix the worst of it on my own.
