My goal was to find some animal ears to wear for Halloween 2025. This Goodwill has an amazing selection of costumes for both kids and adults -- way better than spending $60 on something you'll only wear once or twice. The store is clean, well-organized, and they even have a nice variety of purses. Just as I was about to give up my search, I spotted a pair of anime ears still in the package for $3.99, on sale for $3.74 -- I rounded it up to $4.00. One of the few goodwills I am continuously impressed with. I'm not sure if they hand pick what they put out on the racks but I mean I have found so many luxury brands with tags. I have also purchased garnets stoned for 13$ and got them valued at $600. I mean they really don't overprice anything in comparison to other Goodwills. There is an abundance of parking. The only downfall is that, if you come out with too many thugs you have to walk some to your car and you can't take out the carts. Staff is a hit or miss. Sometimes you get amazing employees that go above and beyond and sometimes you get those that look like they are miserable. There was a 25 minute wait for the salon next door so I killed time by looking at things in this Goodwill store. It was my first time here and I was impressed with the selection and how clean everything was. I needed a new wardrobe since it's been a while since I went to the office so I got a handful of blouses which cost around $6-$7 each. Most of the blouses look brand new but I do have to admit that they were more practical than trendy, which I didn't mind since I mostly buy clothes for the pattern, color and how they fit my shape! The man who worked at the front desk and clothing section was really nice. Even though I took more than a handful of clothes to the returns, he had a polite smile that encouraged me to try on more clothes! Now, that's what I call good customer service! Went to look for books because that's the only thing decently priced at goodwill (decent but not reasonable, no reason for a used book they got for free to be over $1). I wouldn't go back to this location. While it's pretty organized and they have a lot of good things it was very overpriced. Not sure why goodwills are pricing things like they are new. I also went to buy a blue toddler skate board and there was two in the store. The other one had a sticker that said 7.99 and was purple my toddler wanted the blue which didn't have a price sticker. When I brought it to the counter they insisted it was 14.99! So I got the purple one instead but very strange to me they tried to price it almost twice as much because it's blue? If i could give them 0 stars i would. What a fu***g joke. Item was yellow tag, priced for 39.99$. I remove the tag because i'm experimenting their pricing capabilities, i go up to the employee and ask him if he could give me the price for the item, in the back of my head i know that after the employee sees that i'm more than capable of purchasing the product, he would go in the back and mark it up. SURE ENOUGH that's exactly what happened. Guy comes back with a new price tag that reads 59.99$!! Absurd. I was on the phone so i didn't hear the price at first, i thought he had said 49.99$ which is still a mark up. I come back a second time and ask him if he could acknowledge the price on another pair of jeans priced at 39.99$ which is their most expensive price for a pair of jeans, everything else is 15.99$ max. He gives me several reasons (brand, price, etc) I come back a 3rd time, i come back with the price tag and show him what i had done, he says ok look, i will show you something (goes and rips the tag off of some random article and says oh look now it says 12.99$ anyone can go and rip the tag off and claim price. I said yeah but i'm giving you the original tag, he said well upon taking it off you're giving us the power to go to the back and put a new price on it. In my mind i'm saying WHAT THE F**k!! I purchased the pair of jeans at his new price 59.99$, and asked for a manager. It was that time of the year and I was cleaning out my closet and found several items that did not fit or that one would consider out of style these days, so I decided to make a quick trip to drop off some donations. I've been here a couple of and both times I went to the rear of the building because that's where you drop of your donations and receive a receipt for the IRS. A staff member comes out to great you and asked you if you'll be needing a receipt. You just drop off the stuff, in my case clothes, and if you need help, they will help you. It was a little messy outside on the back with all the drop offs and stuff. They do not put the total, on the estimated worth of your items on the receipt. I guess it's on the honor system. And you can tell they aren't moving items because retail is stacked so high, and mobile racks crowd the isles, it's truly hard to get around the store. Not surprising to see other Yelpers expressing the same sentiment. I understand this particular location is appealing to the Mt. I saw all the other reviews regarding the boutique section and can't give a good verification of whether or not the prices are kind of outrageous. Honestly, it seems like a few of the Goodwills I've been to around San Diego have raised their prices since the pandemic began. However, I will say that I bought some bathing suit tops and I remember them being around $6 when I swear bikini tops used to be around $3. Many of the items I looked at can be purchased new for less than what Goodwill is selling them for. I didn't buy anything and I won't be back to shop here in the future. This is a smallish Goodwill, but I found most of the items to be of good quality. I was super happy to find a beautiful solid oak computer desk/cart for $19.99! It needs to be sanded and refinished, but is comparable to (and actually nicer than) a similar new one that sells for about $400. After I bought it, Dolores was super helpful bringing it out to the loading dock and down to the car. I will definitely stop by whenever I'm in the area. read more

I usually come here a few times a year to donate goods after a closet clean out. I will never come here again due to an extremely RUDE woman in the drop off area. She was in her late 50s, Hispanic, with short dyed blonde hair. She should be nowhere near customers. She yelled at a guy for backing his car up to the bins to unload and yelled at me about which bin I was putting things. (And I was conscientiously putting things in the correct bins!) I asked her if there was another bin for household goods and she very rudely says, "No. Don't you see my guys? They are unloading, so you are JUST going to have to WAIT." When I looked at her in shock (due to the way she was speaking to me), she said, "yeah I'm sure you're in a hurry, but that's too bad." The guys unloaded a bin a minute or two later. This is a Thrift Store, not a consignment store as listed on Yelp. The store is very clean and organized, best part is that it has a dressing room so you can try things on. Some prices seem a little steep for used, donated items though. One downfall is that they never have any markdowns. The Salvation Army always has 50%-75% off on selected days to clear out their inventory, wonder what Goodwill does with their older items that haven't sold... Major disappointment was when I found out that Gilbert was no longer working there. Gilbert made everyone's day with his fun/happy nature. Stopped in for my first Goodwill experience. This is more like a boutique and is evident in the prices. There are no color coded sales tags. The only sale is a daily discount for seniors, student, military and teachers - a whopping 10% off. I was in the market for an ugly Christmas sweater. The prices in here ranged from $19.99 to $32.99 for a used sweater! I understand the money is going to a good cause, but its still used stuff at new prices. There were a few deals, but it was few in between. I scored a 8 piece canvas print set for $17.99. The employees weren't as customer service oriented as I would expect. I walked around the whole store for 15-20 minutes taking pictures and browsing without anyone even speaking to me. They were bustling along stocking the shelves. I might stop in if I happen to be in the shopping center, but this definitely wont be a spot I'll purposely visit in the future. read more
