It can be literally freezing cold or ridiculous hot weather, and he works tirelessly, never complains, and has always been kind to me when I've came in for work on my tires. So when the Pontiac location said this location had 4 tires available, we called them immediately and asked them if there was any way to get our big rig down there before they closed. They said "just get here asap, we will figure something out." So we got out right rolling and pulled in with almost an hour left in their day before they closed. So often, we find a tire places who won't add an additional project like ours in without a day+ to schedule AND then it's a matter of tire availability. We get it, it's a heavy duty tire and we aren't normal customers. Today we were in a huge bind and these guys swooped in and absolutely saved the day! They got us 3 new tires on and sent us on our way. Oh, and did I mention that their prices were $100's less than other places! I just had a quote for 2 of these tires at $700, they sold us these three for $130 more... easily saving us $200!!! Which was so appreciated! We are so thankful for the quality of tires they had in stock, their willingness to go above and beyond for us, and how understanding and kind they all were to us! One of the wheel studs was broken off and had to be replaced. Because of an unusual size they had trouble finding a replacement. They ordered and tried four different studs before finding the correct size. Mike, the manager, and his staff were very friendly and went over above to complete the repair. Wanting a second opinion and feeling something was off (way off) i found A1 Auto on Monroe and Friends and brought it in. The tech came out with a odd look on his face and said "I don't know why that other shop wanted to replace the entire rack n pinion, we can only find a leaking power steering pump.
