He never turns anyone away, tells you what time is best, how many ppl are in line before you, and has even offered to give me a ride home if it was going to be a long waiting time and has offered to pick me up when my car was done. It never came to where I needed that, but he offered it to help me as a last resort to make sure I had safe tires. It can be literally freezing cold or ridiculous hot weather, and he works tirelessly, never complains, and has always been kind to me when I've came in for work on my tires. And, this man does it all by himself! He really goes the distance. On top of all of that, he is honest, and his prices are affordable too. He's so humble, and I ALWAYS go to him for anything regarding my tires, and ALWAYS tip him too. It's only right. He's worth it. You'd be foolish to go somewhere else and overpay at a place that won't remember you, charge 5+ times the $$, try to up sell you on things you don't need, or put half the work this man puts into what he does. Not to mention, he doesn't have to work everyday all day, or make it affordable for ppl to have good honest work done. We haul horses professionally and have needed to get some new tires on our truck. We are rarely unloaded and for the past few weeks we've been told "out of stock, we can't get that tire for 3-5days." So when the Pontiac location said this location had 4 tires available, we called them immediately and asked them if there was any way to get our big rig down there before they closed. They said "just get here asap, we will figure something out." So we got out right rolling and pulled in with almost an hour left in their day before they closed. So often, we find a tire places who won't add an additional project like ours in without a day+ to schedule AND then it's a matter of tire availability. We get it, it's a heavy duty tire and we aren't normal customers. Today we were in a huge bind and these guys swooped in and absolutely saved the day! They got us 3 new tires on and sent us on our way. Oh, and did I mention that their prices were $100's less than other places! I just had a quote for 2 of these tires at $700, they sold us these three for $130 more... easily saving us $200!!! Which was so appreciated! We are so thankful for the quality of tires they had in stock, their willingness to go above and beyond for us, and how understanding and kind they all were to us! The guy from the original store even called while we were there to check on us and make sure we were taken care of! We had Monroe Car Care put in the newish' engine & Henry told us to bring it back if we had any issues. There were a couple things that needed to be adjusted that weren't related to the engine, but the work was done for a fair price. The tire had apparently been improperly torqued when recently replaced by an Indiana tire store. I had the car towed to Belle Tire that evening and they worked on it the next morning. One of the wheel studs was broken off and had to be replaced. Because of an unusual size they had trouble finding a replacement. They ordered and tried four different studs before finding the correct size. Mike, the manager, and his staff were very friendly and went over above to complete the repair. Wanting a second opinion and feeling something was off (way off) i found A1 Auto on Monroe and Friends and brought it in. The tech came out with a odd look on his face and said "I don't know why that other shop wanted to replace the entire rack n pinion, we can only find a leaking power steering pump. At best it might just need some new hoses. At worst it needs a $500 pump and that's it!!" First time visiting this shop and they've saved me several thousand dollars already.
