The last to visit me, #5, was Adam Shaikh from EXTERIORMAX, a company I had never heard of but had stellar reviews. To be brief. Adams tone and attitude was respectful, sincere and caring after others were matter of fact and all business. Adams price was not the lowest, but his offering was a good package, so I signed his contract that day with no need to look further or compare. His best feature was that he would have the job done in one week.... AND he delivered on 8/3/22. The very next night we had 2.5 inches of rain and "LOOK MOM...NO LEAKS!!!" His crew was made up of a team of 3, one of which was the hardest working woman you would ever need to see in 96 degree weather. A great group indeed. You can trust Adam and EXTERIORMAX.

Then they kept coming to my door, calling me, and trying to get me to do another inspection. Additionally, I was initially told - and given a flyer saying as much - that a new roof would be 100% free. NOPE. You have to pay your insurance deductible. They couldn't even get my address correct on subsequent attempts to do another inspection. I have repeatedly told them not to contact me again. They are STILL calling me, and I don't even live there at this point. What a scam and completely unprofessional. DO NOT recommend.

I would not recommend Tommy or his company to anyone -- in fact, I've been asked and have recommended other companies. It got so bad, he filed a lien on our home? without notice? as we waited to pay one of our agreed-upon payments yet since the work had not been done we wanted to hold off. Had he told us if we did not pay he would put a lien on our home, we would have paid right away --so there was that. He got paid in full, yet we are not happy with a few things that we know they messed up.
