Our first experience with Kate, who fielded our call and answered many questions, started the adventure with positivity. Next was our roof inspector and estimator, Geddy Fuller - who was fantastic! He conducted a thorough assessment of the roof/exterior of our home to provide an accurate, competitive quote. He made recommendations when we asked, and was very patient as he guided us through the process. He met our insurance adjuster at the home to answer any questions they had, which helped moved the process along quickly. There were zero high pressure sales tactics, and zero gimmicks - a breath of fresh air! The company was well represented, the paperwork process smooth, and also important to us - the quote was competitive and reasonably priced. We next visited the show room in La Plata, MD which had material samples and colors available for us to review and compare on site. The offices are laid out nicely with many items displayed around the room so you can see the actual colors in person, not just view on a computer screen or in a book. Next was Kirsten, the scheduler, who patiently worked with us to establish a date for install while taking into consideration the weather, our schedule and their schedule. The material arrived on time and the job was completed on the scheduled day! The area was cleaned well afterwards and our property was treated with care. In fact, a number of the others came over and said, "Umm, no, we can't do this. Try Wagner." We worked with Sam Nicolette at the office, who couldn't have stayed more on top of our job and on communication (sometimes multiple times a day) with us. The house is 100 years old, with multiple skylights punched through the roof, and it shares a party wall (and roof) with our neighbor. Intricate scaffolding went up, the men worked incredibly hard and were careful of our yard. They carefully peeled off the degraded roof (and bazillion patches) and surveyed for damage/rot/termites to the wooden structure underneath (thankfully there was none) and then recreated the roof, taking special care around the various (4!) skylights. Sam and the foreman even handled the difficult challenges raised by having to do only "half" a roof, as the neighbor's house took up half the flat roof (and was a different surface). The copper flashing work was beautifully done. While the work wasn't cheap, the work was worth the cost. Give Sam a call. He and Wagner are great.

Years later, the windows were letting in drafts. When my parents tried to file a claim, the manufacturer said the issue was with the installation, and when they went back to the contractor, the contractor blamed the window company. My parents were left to eat the cost. Didn't put two and two together until now. Fast forward to 2021, I had them install gutters on my house. In 2023, I called for a roof quote but never moved forward. In 2026, I tried to call them again, but they wouldn't return my call. Upon inspecting my gutters, I discovered major installation issues: the leaf fitters were shoved underneath my shingles, shingles from a previous roof layer were pushed back and the gutters were installed too high. This poor work has caused my fascia board to rot over time. So glad they haven't returned my call. Stay away and don't be naive like me. Needless to say, I've hired someone else for full roof replacement along with fascia board, soffit and gutters.
