They also got someone out pretty fast to measure the windows, so things kept moving without delays. I ordered 10 windows for my townhouse at the end of February, and everything stayed on track. The windows came in April, and installation was set up for the very next week, exactly how they said it would go. The install team (two guys, led by the amazing Mark) was awesome, very professional, worked efficiently, and took the time to protect my floors and furniture. They cleaned up as they went, which I definitely appreciated. Scott, the owner, stayed in touch throughout the day of installation and honestly throughout the whole process. I had a couple of window and sash issues but Scott was amazing and the kind of communication and follow-through really stood out. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the experience. He also replaced four glass panes on three windows where the seal was broken and fogging up. His measurements were perfect and the new glass looks amazing. He told me that the frames were in good shape which was relief as the windows are 24 years old. Eddie cleaned the glass, tightened up the locking mechanism, and left no trash or debris behind. Eddie has a great work ethic, takes pride in his work, and is a nice person. He also responds quickly and his prices are very fair. Highly recommend.
