After meeting Rich and speaking with him about our plans we were pretty confident that we had made the right choice in vendors. When Rich came back out with Bill Peach to take final measurements (measure twice, cut once) and confirm the order details we were sure that we were working with the right vendor for our project. The only downside: Because of worldwide supply chain issues and shipping delays it was probably going to take four months for the blinds to be made and shipped for installation. Bill was very upfront about these potential issues and we appreciate that. Good news! They came much earlier. The install team showed up right on time, finished early, and made sure that we understood how everything worked. Bill and Rich were back I touch to make sure we were happy with the install before looking to settle the balance. Our experience with Budget Blinds was great and I recommend using them.

It was IMPRESSIVE. Brett seemed extremely knowledgeable and he made special concessions to come in the store when it was convenient for our work schedules. I gave 4/5 stars because the bid was frustrating to make sense of for a lay person to sort and make decisions on a short timeline, but the finished work we're very happy with.

Her contractor (Serhat) was also extremely professional, skillful and courteous and it was a great experience working with both of them. Aysel sourced the parts from Europe. In one of the parts, there were some mechanical issues, and Aysel promptly offered full refund. I needed help with repair of a window shade and the original dealer was out of business. I had…read morebeen trying and trying to find someone to help me with this and after calling and reaching out to about 5 businesses AND the manufacturer, I wasn't having any luck. I called Integrity Window Coverings and the man I spoke with walked me and my husband through taking the shade down and finding the identifying label from the original purchase. Even though I hadn't purchased from him, he asked us to email pics of our shade and he reached out to the manufacturer sales rep for us. He even called us back to say a new shade would be mailed to us in 2-3 weeks. Wow! Didn't think help and customer service like this existed anymore. Huge thanks to this business. Wish I could remember his name but am most appreciative and will go there for any new shades in the future.

The outer pane on both windows were broken by a pellet/bb gun on the street side of my house. Received estimates from a few vendors. Liberty had the best price. I also ended up getting faux wood blinds installed as well. Installer was professional and removed the broken glass and installed the new glass. The new glass seemed to be of higher quality than the original glass and it looked great. Blinds looked great as well. Will look them up again if the need arises!

I had a couple of tricky windows that he came to triple check before ordering anything. He really went above and beyond to save me money when choosing the shutters. I'm so very pleased! They even replaced 2 windows when they were there too. The installers were great also. My 3 cats popped the bedroom door open and got loose in the house; they made sure to be mindful and close the front door every time. Highly recommend Liberty glass and blinds. Oh, shout out to Tara (I think) she always answered the phone promptly and always is helpful with my questions :)
