Consignors are now required to submit photos online in advance and wait for a minimum of 48 hours for approval. We weren't aware of this change and were told at the front desk to take our item back home and photograph it despite it already being in the store. After pushing back, front desk staff did finally confirm with someone else that they aren't accepting chandeliers at this time, which was the information we ultimately needed. Still the process felt unnecessarily rigid and was poorly communicated. Since this is Misty's new normal, consignors should plan accordingly.
