Later, the company stated they had no record of that payment and billed me for the full amount. I informed them of the payment and disputed the balance. I asked for documentation and clarification on their accounting, but that was never provided. Communication became focused on collection and lien warnings rather than investigating the payment issue. I was pretty shocked how aggressive they were in their phone calls and emails. I recommend that customers keep detailed records and receipts for any work done with this company.

They lowered price to $1250. While work was being done they changed price back to $1500, saying that there was additional parts required, even though I provided photo and video for quote prior. I can't help but to feel they wanted $1500 and found a way to charge me that either way. I communicated this and never heard anything back.
