Neighbor down the street used Kelly and Affordable Roofing last fall. The fact that his was winning bidder (out of 5) and I could see the quality of work already performed, there really was no need to look elsewhere. I did however solicit a quote thru Yelp and forgot that you also get bids from 4 other companies. I fielded their quotes, and in the end Kelly's was still better (even tho he was already getting the job) Our job was a remove and re-shingle of a 28yr old roof. There was some dry rot on a few end caps and a small plywood section, but nothing alarming. Kelly also informed me they would be adding 6 roof vents per current day codes to increase attic area ventilation. Job actually started days later (due to a cancellation) and was completed in only 3 days. The workers were punctual, competent and left a clean work site daily. For gutters, Kelly has a referral relationship with "Ivan." Once again, I saw no reason to interfere with their process, and 2 weeks after the roof was finished, Ivan removed our old steel gutters and installed seamless aluminum gutters with new downspouts. Ivan and his 2 man crew completed the job just this past Saturday in just 5 hours. I couldn't be happier with both jobs. The quoting and scheduling were easy and stress-free. And this is with the house and a detached tow car garage. One day was waiting in city inspections. Of course it's permitted.
