I used to love going here. I never had many horrible experiences. However, last time I was there, I felt rushed and I was out in 10 minutes for an eyebrow appointment. Granted the lady did say she was quite busy with laser services. The manager reached out and I was quite apologetic as I did not want anyone to get into trouble for a review I left. After 5 weeks, I decided to return and unfortunately I was paired with the same lady like last time. Although extremely nice, I think there there needs to be a few more training sessions. She threaded my brows. When she did my right brow, it was fine. But my left, I felt a sharp pain many times but didn't think nothing of it other than my eyebrow hairs not wanting to leave my face. I left I was happy and my eye brows looked good. What I notice when I return home was trauma to my brow bone. Lots of trauma and blood and tender feeling. I ended up applying topical cream for the cuts. I do believe this will be my last session there.

I was surprised at first that there were no reviews of this place on Yelp, but did find a few on Google that gave me some positivity about this nail salon. I called on Monday afternoon to make an appointment on Tuesday afternoon. I struggled to find the nail salon within the plaza, that I had to refer to the Google picture of its storefront to find the place. There were a few other nail salons in the plaza, which gave me trouble finding Thee Nail Salon, but eventually found it. Parking is a little tricky depending on how busy the plaza is, but I THINK there is also underground parking? This small nail salon is run by two sweet Cambodian women. I had Theear do my nails. She was very sweet and friendly throughout the service and I had a great time getting to know her. The nail service itself was good, no complaints from me. She accomplished doing the nail shape that I liked. The reason why I am going to continue coming here from now on is because of the Nugenesis dip powder they use here. They have soooooooooooo many colours here that I was overwhelmed but happy. Theear also mentioned that if they do not have the colour that I want in the dipping powder, they can do a base white Nugenesis, and then shellac on top, which is only $5 extra. I prefer some masseuses over others. Diana is the best and highly recommend. I have also gotten a few facials here, and Oksana gives the best face massages. Jenna and Nika are great receptionist and always provide excellent service. I like how you can easily book an apt online because sometimes they don't pick up on phone calls. Highly recommend and will continue coming back here.
