I had done that with another tree service, and they contacted me within a day and were out a couple of days later to look over the project. These guys have not responded, and it has been five days since I sent request. If they ever actually respond, I will update the review with the latest information. PS - I am in the Denver, CO area, not San Francisco. Yelp seems to default everything to the City by the Bay.
