I was very, very disappointed with the service, the quality of the work. They were supposed to have an arborist who one would suppose would train how to correctly prune. Someone didn't do their job. The work was incorrectly done on a number of threes, sloppy, poor pruning practices, branches left behind. After 15 years our Emerald Ash succumbed to the ash borer. Now for tree removal. Felipe was prompt to give us a bid. Even advised us to contact the city to make sure we didn't need a permit (we didn't). Felipe had an earlier open spot, so he & his crew had that tree & stump out within 30 minutes. Ben came out and gave me a quote same day for tree removal. As soon as I decided to move forward he and his crew were out within a couple days and took down 2 large pine trees next to my house. They were quick and dependable and cleaned up everything. After they completed the job I asked for another estimate on pruning a mature Maple. Ben and his team were awesome!!! Our tree was in the corner by fences, hanging over the neighbor's shed and right next to 2 electrical boxes. These guys were so careful, I swear that tree never even brushed the fence. They cleaned up everything... even the shavings from the chain saw. These guys are the best! We have have used them 2x (September 2018 and May 2020). They helped us remove 3 Chinese Elms, 1 Pine, and grind all stumps (including 1 in our carport) below ground level. I couldn't be happier with the service Sandoval's Tree Care provided. I had a fairly large tree in between my and my neighbors garage that was a bit of a challenge to get to and take down, and not only did the Sandoval's remove the tree without any problems and in a timely manner, they cleaned up my backyard so good that you couldn't even tell that they were ever there.
