The impact caused severe damage to the driver's side and cracked the passenger side (two pane windshield). Progressive insurance screwed with us for months about replacing the windows and gasket. Scott and Breana personally came to our location. We showed him the damage to the windows and gasket. He took it from there. Despite months of hesitation, heal digging and gnashing of teeth, Progressive still refused the gasket. He suggested I file a complaint, which I did, to the Minnesota Department of Commerce. A week later, we were finally scheduling the installation. We had a previous windshield replacement on the same vehicle, so I had some idea what would happen. Boy, was I wrong. The first window was done by trained installers, I think. Scott helped me see what an expert in the field of RV Glass Repair looks like. The care, precision, experience, vast knowledge, and customer service made us feel like we were the only thing that mattered. He proved it with a meticulously perfect installation, including his eye for potential rig twisting due to jacks being uneven. Glass installers are perhaps a dime a dozen. Good installers are out there. Great installers do good work. We had an industry expert putting our windshield in the way the structure intended it. These installations are technical, crucial to the structural integrity of the entire front end, and your safe protection from flying objects. What part of your vehicle is more important to your safety than the Glass in front of you? If you need a windshield for your RV and you're within 2500 miles, it's worth the miles to have it done right. Your life may depend on it.

I expected it to be pretty pricey, but Rene looked at it, used some solvent of some kind, and then some touchup paint and it looks 95% better! He said he would not do anything further and that if he actually repainted it, he would have to remove the back bumper and the quarter panel and he advised against it. What an honest, helpful man!
