Had an appointment with them, brought it in on that day. They took care of me immediately, informed me of an approximate time it would be done, discussed the tint job. Left, did some errands, had b-fast, and it was done in a few hours. Came out stellar, top notch. I have had dozens of cars in my life time, all of them had tinted windows. Tinting my brand new GMC Acadia was something I Had to do as sun out here beats the heck out of cars and interiors. A young man I know suggested this Company as he knew of them. We contacted Brian and made an appointment for Sat @11. His team was there in a brand new build out and we went over what I wanted and I took his suggestions as to what would help me and we agreed on price and I left car there for approx 3 hours. Could not have asked for a better service! My appointment was at 8 AM the Royal Tints crew (Brian and his wife Ana) showed up exactly on time and got started right away. They super professional and explained all my options and got to work! I am so satisfied with with the service and how much cooler my car is especially during these hot AV summers. Could not recommend them enough! Edit: they also didn't remove or change anything in my car beside the tinting, in fact before they even got started they showed my a chip I had in my window so I wouldn't be startled after the job was done read more

Great job on the part i got done, but i wanted to do a 70% on the front windows and they dont carry it, i would of gone somewhere else if i knew that from the start, ended up going to 2 different places. my daughter hired royal tint for me for my birthday, I had a 8am appointment, they show'd up 45 minutes late, and said since it was windy outside they'd have to reschedule, it wasn't even windy. When I tell you they are the best, I mean the BEST! We went to several other shops and got jacked around quite a bit. 1. They told us to bring our car in for tinting, sat in the driveway all day, and then said they would start in 3 or 4 days. 2. Another issue we found is that when we went to get advice on how to structure the tinting for propitiate protection, they needed to be more knowledgeable and helpful. 3. In one case, It felt like I had to beg them to come and help us even when standing at their counters. ("Hey, look I'm a customer potential", waving my money.) You know the feeling, right? 4. Then, there were those that don't call back. I left a message and waited. On a whim, I checked the reviews of other people's recommendations. Royal Tint came in first, and it said they offered excellent service. Hmmm, I thought That was a lot more than the others, so we called Brian. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and easy to speak with. He had years of experience and didn't surf for price increases with his answers. He wanted to help with my sun ray issues. He informed me Royal Tint could come to my home and do this work in the garage. Since we worked from home, this was very appealing. Then I discovered he also works with his wife, and the teamwork increased the quality of the job, which I found out later. As he promised, he showed up on time and came prepared for the job. Both he and his wife were so lovely and pleasant to work with. They got started on my car and seemed to zip along and get it all done perfectly. Then I had to ask, "Can you do my other car?". They skipped lunch and stayed and helped to do my other car. Both cars look fantastic, and I couldn't be happier. If you have pets, please get your vehicle tinted. If you don't want your front dashboard cracked or the burning hot steering wheel, get your car windows tinted. It also reduces those blind spots due to the sun's glare. I HIGHLY recommend Royal Tint, and everyone should have their windows tinted if they live in Arizona. The heat on your vehicle's interior and the increased air conditioning strains your engine and compressor. These issues are a lot more expensive than tinting your windows. If you are on the fence, just do it. You will be happy you did. Working with a professional small-size company that values its customers is so refreshing. Thanks, Royal Tint! read more
