Axiom 360 did a fantastic job of getting my new roof and solar system installed quickly as we were running against the clock to obtain the solar tax credit that was expiring at the end of 2025. The salesman, Jeff was extremely helpful and communicative in explaining to me our roofing options (needing replacement due to the prior roof's age) and the solar system we would need to minimize any future payments to PGE as well as obtaining tax credits and rebates. We had a complication in that we were in the process of purchasing the house and the purchase was not set to go final until early-mid December 2025. Also, the holidays. Axiom staff stepped up big time. Even though they had other projects in the works, they squeezed us in. These complications required continuous coordination between Axiom representatives with the prior home owner (who was still occupying the house), and separately me because the prior owner's agent made it clear that the sellers and buyers (me) were not to directly communicate. In other words, Axiom had to work this project with two "owners" of the house, owners that were instructed to not talk to each other. As I was a "newbie" to solar I had lots of questions (and a desire for perfection). Clay and Justin were extremely patient with me every time I emailed, called, texted or visited their shop (to drop off payments) to coordinate the work, and for them to explain exactly what was being installed and all the installation steps that were being taken. I especially want to call out Justin and Sean for making sure we got the system hooked up as quickly as possible to PGE to export energy to the grid. Sean came by twice after the installation was complete, first to ensure PGE would bless the hookup and second to walk me through the system and show me how to work the App. The roof looks great and the system is working great. Terrible service. Signed a contract and was ghosted for a week. Called a week later to follow up and was told they didn't see the contract was signed. Was also told I was going to be called back with an update. I called back a week later since I received no update and was told I would get a call back at the end of the day which I didn't. Then call the next morning I called and was told they won't be doing my project. Super unprofessional would not recommend this company what so ever. Clay is not the right man for the job and the owner shouldn't be doing business if he is going to be unprofessional like that. read more

We had 28 solar panels put on our brand new home five years ago by a well known solar company. They did a terrible job of installing them, leaving a lot of broken tiles which compromised the integrity of the roof. They refused to back their workmanship and ghosted us. We didn't want to enter into a legal battle, so we elected to pay to have the damage fixed ourselves. Needless to say, our faith in contractors was a little shaken, so we were very careful about choosing a roofing company to do the repairs. Since the solar panels had to be removed and reinstalled to make the repairs, we wanted to hire one company that could do both. Axiom 360 is a roofing company and a solar installer, and they have exceptional Yelp reviews. Eric came out to look at our house and our solar setup to give us an estimate, and we were astonished when he saw that several of our panels were offline and fixed them for us on the spot. We hadn't even hired them yet! That sold us on the integrity and professionalism of the company, and we were very pleased at their competitive estimate. A team arrived only a week later, which is especially amazing since we are located in Heritage Ranch, about as far north in their service area as you can get. Eric kept in constant communication on every aspect of the process. He also checked our equipment settings to make sure we were getting the most out of our panels and batteries. The roofing crew worked efficiently and were respectful of our property, cleaning up at the end of each day. When the project was finished, all the construction materials were hauled away and it was as if they had never been here. The job was completely finished within two weeks of our first phone call. Justin has been great to work with throughout the project and to follow up to make sure we are happy with the work. This place is a rip off. I got 4 quotes- and accidentally sent one to them. They used the quote against me. I got two other quotes $2K less... and the one I accidentally sent was $5K. They tried to act like they were doing me a favor by coming in $400 less than the quote I sent them. Infuriating and clearly dishonest. Will NOT BE doing business with them. My roof and solar look great. Workers were efficient and did a good clean up. Just make sure to check their math at every step. no one ever came out and measured my roof. They over estimated the size of my roof by over 1000 square feet on the first estimate. How they got their measurement, I don't know. Their contract offers 2 free sheets of underlayment. They charged me for over 7 sheets worth with no discount for the first two sheets. read more

The project went better than any project we've had done on our house. The men showed up promptly and worked very hard with only a short lunch break. They cleaned up, made sure to respond to my questions, listened to suggestions, and did about as good a job as any contractor can do. Had obtained prior estimates from other providers, so knew what the costs were. There costs were right in line with the competition, but as a local contractor, were always available. Also, in some magic way, the day the county inspector approved the work, PG&E sent email notice that they had accepted the system. I would give Axiom 360 six stars if I could. After calling a few other companies (some who actually laughed at me when I asked if the roof could be replaced this year before winter) I became dejected and began dreading the next call. When I finally received an estimate from someone for what I felt was a lot more money than it should (with very little warranty), I heard about Axiom 360. They told me they only use shingles that are warranted for 50 years, and quoted me a much better price (which never changed). Every time I interacted with anyone from Axiom 360 they were more than just friendly and polite, they would go above and beyond great customer service. In fact they were able to replace my roof two weeks earlier than first thought, and made the process far less stressful than it had been. Axiom 360 is a great company with really good customer service. I chose Axiom 360 after contacting six different companies for quotes through EnergySage. I liked the fact that they were local and their price was competitive. I was very impressed that when I called the phone number on the quote that one of the owners answered, not a salesperson. They are also an electrical contractor which was very helpful since our main panel needed to be upgraded to a 200 watt. We own a second home/vacation rental on the central coast and it was challenging to find an available date between rentals and all of the rain this season. Axiom 360 was very flexible and was able to complete the installation around our schedule. There was a minor problem with the electric panel upgrade and Axiom 360 responded quickly and resolved the issue the same day.
