#ServiceShoutOut to Axiom, Crew and Kobe for their call to action and quick response! I reached out to four separate companies and Axiom was the only one that actually returned my call. I found wasp nests under the ridge line of my roof and between the louvers of my home vents. Crew explained in detail what their service would include, including the removal of said nests and treatment applications. Kobe (the service technician) came to my home within 3 days and further explained the services including nest removal, spraying, and granulation, as well as why follow-up care is crucial. Even though I initially contacted Axiom, I was given the promotional cost normally given at door to door sales. We discovered some new mouse droppings in the garage crawlspace, so I called Axiom because of the "Eco" in their name. I'm not a fan of having to kill anything (even a fly) so when I saw Eco-Pest control, I was hoping they'd be as humane and environmentally friendly as possible. Even though you really can't be humane or environmentally friendly with pest control. They offered me all of the options for rodents - please, for anyone reading this and for the love of everything good do not use glue traps - what an awful way to die. I only chose the snap traps, as they seemed to be the quickest and again most 'humane' method for getting the job done. Rebecca, my tech, showed up and she was AWESOME!! So knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. She did her inspection and found a few ways our little 'friends' were getting into the garage. She plugged up the holes around the perimeter of the house and then set the traps. They do a 3 week follow up (no charge) after the initial inspection and of course we caught 6 little guys. Rebecca came back three weeks later (still no charge), and there was nothing. She's been coming out quarterly ever since, and it's been over a year now--we're totally rodent-free. If you're looking for smart, thoughtful pest control, call Axiom and ask for Rebecca. Their door-to-door solicitor ignored my "no solicitors" signage and did not display the photo peddler's license required to go door to door. Any company that plays loose with the rules and has zero respect for private property and homeowners' requests is not someone I want in and around my home. Your sales reps dont know how to read apparently. If there is a no soliciting sign up, please encourage them to honor that sign. I never have and never will give someone my money or business if the first thing they do is ignore my request to not be bothered. Omg! Aziz, of Axiom was wonderful! First of all he was such a gentleman, as they have all been! Upon his arrival he put shoe booties on and proceeded to do the service; I informed him of some flying ants that were seen outside and he explained what the spray covered. Aziz, was so patient and professional as I was asking him questions he took the time to explain. He also sprayed the outside. He was very thorough inside as well as the outside! After being with Axiom fort almost a year I feel I can offer you the most helpful review. First, yes door to door sales are aggressive. The salespeople promise a lot. Is it delivered? We will see. The first time they came they guy showed up with a spray bottle and left in ten minutes without any mention of my bird or dog. I was pissed. They sent someone competent and it was great. Next time same lazy approach. After realizing I have to be vocal about who comes I have worked with Zoe and Rebecca. My pest problems have mostly dissapated. read more

A sales person showed up at my door this afternoon so I explained to him the neighborhood has very visible signs at the entrances that say NO SOLICITING . He said he got permission from the City which is impossible. He explained that he was working with several homeowners in the neighborhood which I knew was a total lie. I asked him politely to leave the neighborhood, but he did not do that so several neighbors contacted me about this scumbag coming to their door and bald faced lying. Company came out and sprayed for a wasp problem. Spray didn't work but after some negotiation, the company offered a partial refund.

The technician showed up and when I didn't answer the door he got back in his truck and sat there for 20 minutes before driving away. He then submitted a report saying that he completed the services for the month. When I called the company to report this and cancel my service the rep made excuses instead of admitting that that was wrong. If you decide to use this company you must babysit them when they come out to perform services. read more

Axiom has been a pest control company we have been very happy with. was recommended by neighbors once we developed an ant problem & we have them come 4x/a year and have dealt with wasps too and they have taken care of all the pest issues we have. This company uses extremely aggressive door to door sales tactics and pressures/forces people to sign contracts with an early termination clause. They do not deliver on the product offered and when they do come out the service is not as was promised by their sales person. Their salesperson lies to you to pressure you into signing up (ex. tells you that your neighbors have rats or you have hornets, etc.) which is all a lie. Also, their salespeople are not registered with the CO Dept of Agriculture which is legally required to sell pest control services. Their salesperson also does not have solicitation permits with the city of Englewood which is also illegal. Overall, this company uses very shady sales tactics, scheduling is a mess, and customer service is very hard to get ahold of. Then when I finally got ahold of them and spoke to a manager, she admitted she saw the issues we were having, apologized for their shortcomings and for how the salesperson treated people but... she was still trying to enforce the early termination penalty fee of $300. Then after I said that was not good enough and I just wanted to cancel and for them to waive the fee, she said the best she could do was reduce the fee to $150. Due to the illegal pressuring tactics and horrible service, I want the full $150 waived but they would not do it. I have seen many complaints similar to mine about this company so I want the BBB to know they are NOT a good company and they use scary pressure sales tactics (and try to blame their marketing company).... read more

Very aggressive salesperson on a hoverboard. Lies about neighbors who are customers, lies and shows fake pictures of spiders he saw, looks over fence while you're eating dinner with your family out back. Stalks you walking your dog, knocks on door, windows late at night. You must shut garage door to get him to leave. I would never do business with a company who uses such unethical pushy tactics. If you want to be their client forever, and NOT have the problem resolved, hire them. You are required to sign up for their service for 24 months, and they will not fill the gaps where wasps nest around your property. I asked them and the technician about that, and they both told me it is a good idea to fill the gaps, but they will not do it (I have to hire a handyman to fill in the gaps in my roof awning now). They prioritize their business model of making as much profit as possible by keeping you coming back, over actually solving your problem. They do not actually complete the job of exterminating. read more

I was harassed multiple times in one day, once as late as 8:30pm. We have a big red no soliciting sign and three large anxious dogs. Yet he ignored all of that and knocked multiple times, then came back again later. He did not have a license to solicit in Frederick which can result in fines and banning from town. Their sales reps do not carry business cards or literature, and they do not display any proof that they have registered with the city. On their second attempt, I clearly stated that we were not interested and I told the rep "Do not come back." They came back Monday evening (7/22/24). The rep wouldn't take no for an answer. We had to shut the door in his face. I have lodged a complaint with my city's business licensing authority. If your experience has been similar, I recommend that you do the same. read more

Zoie did an outstanding job spraying/treating internal and external of the house. Very thorough throughout. Zoie was friendly and highly professional and explained everything that she would be doing during the initial visit, and every follow-on visit. Spiders, wasps, and other bugs have become more over the years as we sit on the back patio, or walk across the sidewalk, and even in the rock beds and the spiders cross in front of you as you walk. Wasps built a nest through a tiny crack in the back porch cement stairs and were flying in/out constantly. Spider nests were increasing in the eves of the front porch and back patio and Zoie cleared them and sprayed heavily to keep the nests from coming back. I put off hiring a pest control company for years and finally hired Axiom Eco-Pest Control to take care of the spiders, bugs, and wasps. Only had the first treatment 3 days ago and already noticing less spiders, wasps, and bugs on the outside of the house.
