Emerson did a great job doing our scheduled control. Attentive to detail. very pleasant.

We called to have a roach problem treated, the technician only spayed where I told him I saw the bugs. He did not look around nor was he able to tell me where they had gotten in from. I was told in 3 visits the problem would be handled. Guess what? Envirotech failed to live up to their promise. We are not satisfied with the service or the company , and will be calling another company tomorrow to come handle our problem. read more

We typically gets ants every spring and they go away after 2 weeks. This year when they hadn't gone away after a month and I found them in my dishwasher, I was desperate to get somebody in right away. I called and they were able to send a tech out the same day. I love that they don't spray chemicals as we have 2 dogs and multiple fish tanks. The tech applied a gel around our baseboards and told us that the ant activity might increase for a couple of days but then they should go away. That is exactly what happened. We had lots of ants that evening but then they were gone. I am so thankful they were able to come out so quickly and would call them sooner next time to take care of any pest issues. Next time I'll do my homework! They signed me up at a premium price based on the fact that they were "green" and "earth friendly." I was looking for something to get rid of my spiders that would be as organic as possible and safe for my dog. Turns out the main stuff the put around my house was BORIC ACID. Service was ok. They messed up our reservation and forgot to follow up, but they did help get rid of our mice...

Came out and treated the problem, but getting them to come back out if the entire problem is not taken care of the first time ....you will have to wait awhile! Waiting over 5 days for someone to come back out is not acceptable, when you have problems in an area that is heavily used! 8/8/201 One week later they came back out. Sent a different employee. I am now giving them a better rating because the man who came out the 2nd time was much better. He actually took down all the nests, even vacant ones. He also sprayed my entire house outside...the first guy didn't. Now I have no more yellow jackets or wasps....don't need to worry about my pups getting stung. They would get a better rating but they didn't do well the first time out and I had to wait a week for them to come back. read more

Had seen a few mice in the house and I places some snap traps and took out 3 of them, but to be sure we called Enviortech to do a walk through. The 1st tech placed a couple bail stations in the house and 3 outside - well enough I guess. However, my low rating is on their $59.00 dollar follow-up visit. Although he was very nice, the service tech simply opened all 5 boxes said no activity and put them back. He did not even pull out a a flash light to look for droppings where we had seen the mice before. And with a sum total of 5 minutes of actual service, he handed me a near $60.00 service bill. Writing the bill took longer than the walk through, that just seems a bit pricey to stop the truck for less than 10 minutes, and do a minimal amount of work to assure me my mouse problem is solved. read more
