He kept harassing her after she said she wasn't interested in any services. He rode past her and bumped into her arm. My wife has balance issues due to a stroke and it upset her and she had trouble getting steady on her feet afterwards. After I asked him to stop riding on our grass he harassed me about pest control services and I had to tell him numerous times I wasn't interested. I think someone needs to talk To him about respecting people's property. If I need any pest control services I know who I won't be contacting.

When I called him out on this, he became indignant and belligerent, offered no apology and gave me permission to go about my day. I work from home, attend a lot of zoom meetings, and have three dogs. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out what happens when the doorbell rings or someone knocks. It's especially enraging when a sales person completely disregards your clearly posted signage and disrupts your day. Even more enraging when they get their feelings hurt because you let them know how utterly disrespectful their behavior is. What value is there in hiring anyone who cannot read or follow directions? The initial assigned person promised how their bait and strategy is advanced and even have a entire village built to test the poison bait, DO NOT TRUST any of that. I paid $100/month not including several hundreds of dollars in the initial service, all they did is come and replace bait station, when asked to do more to put it under control, the only thing they did is to put snap trap inside the station, nothing more after that. they killed probably 6(visible ones) or so rodents through half year of service, i did that myself within a week with snap trap and poison. Then winter came, the rodent activity got worse, got like 8 rat holes and a collapsed stone tiles. And i told them i saw a rat peaking outside the hole the other day, and the onsite dude told me it could be anything, and if i don't take a picture of it, they wouldn't trust what i said. i mean i subscribed them for the exact service and there are holes all over a corner of my fence, do i look like i subscribed and paid $100/month for fun? Most of all, this is no way to talk to a customer, it takes years to build a trust, and only 1 second to destroy. I was willing to give them 1-2 month to give them one more try, but the dude just told me i should cancel it which i did. and the dude ended up taking away all my bait stations, including ones i owned myself, i thought i paid hundred of dollars in the initial service to get those bait station and baits and $100 per month for those. This is a company that you pay money to them for a service, and they spend more time telling you what you need to do than do it them.

Kevin responded promptly and came out within a few hours of my contacting him. I really appreciated his response. He kept me apprised of when he would arrive throughout. Kevin, the owner, was in Chelan at the time but sent his son to take care of the nest. His son showed up, sprayed the nest and that was that. The price was fair and they were very quick to respond. I had it previously through another company and BPM was significantly less expensive. Elliott took care of my wasps nests and did my quarterly treatment that day. The person who showed up was not with sound pest but was with Fikes. He spent all of 5 mins walking through my house and sprayed an aerosol can that costs I believe $29.99. He did not spray in under or around anything. This was also not the description of service that was provided to me through yelp. I called to complain immediately after. I have also called to talk to a Manager multiple times. They always state they will call me back and never do. It might have been a great company before it was sold but do not let the historical positive reviews fool you this is not under the same management as before. Go somewhere else for service.
