The person who showed up was not with sound pest but was with Fikes. He spent all of 5 mins walking through my house and sprayed an aerosol can that costs I believe $29.99. He did not spray in under or around anything. This was also not the description of service that was provided to me through yelp. I called to complain immediately after. I have also called to talk to a Manager multiple times. They always state they will call me back and never do. It might have been a great company before it was sold but do not let the historical positive reviews fool you this is not under the same management as before. Go somewhere else for service.

While inspecting the rodent issue, they also discovered mold in our attic. Alex provided many photos to show us the issue clearly. Alex was very careful to explain the entire process at the start of it so that there were no surprises during the process. They ended up removing all the old, contaminated insulation, thoroughly sanitized the attic, replaced with new insulation and wire mesh around the entire perimeter where any openings might exist. They effectively excluded all rod ents or pests from the attic. Alex came back for a follow up inspection and verified the attic is now vacant. Quality Workmanship: Even our electrician, who went up after they finished to check to see if the rats had damaged any wiring, commented on how clean the attic was and what a great job they had done. Cleanliness: I was worried about dust and debris coming from the attic down into the living areas of the house, but they created a plastic barrier Between where they were working and the living areas that left our home spotless when they were done. The crew was courteous and focused throughout the entire process. The price was very reasonable and fair. If you need attic services or pest remediation, my wife and I highly recommend them!

We hired them for a wasp nest removal that was supposed to be a professional, thorough job, but the experience was anything but. - Unfulfilled Promises: When booking, I was explicitly told the service would include treating the area (preventative spray). However, the technician simply knocked the nest down and left. When I followed up, the company claimed treatment wasn't "necessary," completely ignoring what was promised during the quote. - Refusal to Resolve: I reached out to management to request a price adjustment since the service was incomplete, or at the very least, to have someone come back to properly treat the area and inspect the vents located right next to the nest. Both requests were flatly denied. - Unjustified "Height Fee": I paid extra for the height, yet the technician didn't actually reach the area to clean or inspect it properly. If I just wanted the nest physically dislodged without treatment or cleaning, I could have done it myself for free. - Lack of Professionalism: The debris was left in my personal household trash bin instead of being hauled away. It makes me wonder if they have the same unhygienic practice of dumping dead rodents or other pests into customers' private bins when handling those types of calls. I paid a premium for expertise and a specific scope of work that was not delivered. The fact that they refused to make it right or even honor their own verbal agreement is highly unprofessional. I still hope to see this matter resolved properly, either through the promised treatment and inspection or a fair refund for the unfulfilled portion of the service.

We received three quotes for our attic and basement work; Super Attic Solutions was not the cheapest, but the promised inspections and customer care were the deciding factor for us. The crew that performed the work was respectful, efficient, and left the space clean. However, everything that happened after they left has been the opposite of what was promised. The sales rep assured us that an "inspector" would return a few weeks after completion to verify that: No rodents had re‑entered the home All work met code Any questions or concerns would be addressed He even mentioned a 6‑month follow‑up to ensure long‑term satisfaction. None of this happened. When I asked the project manager to walk the space with the crew, he was hesitant. I'm glad I insisted -- four ceiling lights were sealed incorrectly and left hanging an inch from the ceiling. I was told an "inspector" would come fix them, so the crew left and I was left with blue tape holding up my lights. A week later, our AC wouldn't shut off. I discovered the furnace (located in the attic) had been wrapped in insulation -- a fire hazard and not to code -- and no clear path had been left for HVAC access. When I called urgently, I was asked to send photos and then told a "supervisor with tons of experience" reviewed them and everything was fine. It wasn't. I had to pay an HVAC company to confirm the hazard, and only then was I told they might reimburse up to $500 because they didn't think they could send someone out. When the "inspector" finally arrived, they were not inspectors at all -- it was two members of the original crew. They fixed the lights (well no disrespect) and removed the insulation, from the furnace just laying on the air ducts. However, as we were communicating via technology translator, I could not get any answer to any questions and was told to call the office. Since then, I've left multiple messages through their AI system and sent two emails. I have given this company over 4 weeks to uphold the customer service they say they hold themselves to and I still haven't gotten a single phone call, let alone an "inspector" to look over the work, but they my check cashed. Bottom line: The initial work was fine, but the promised follow‑up and customer care simply do not exist. Once the crew leaves, you are on your own. I work on a lot of houses, so all the figures he gave for estimates were pretty much in line with what I would expect. Not too high, like he was selling me on a repair I didn't need. But also not underselling the cost of what needed to get done. To me, there's nothing more valuable then getting accurate information. Don't try and overinflate or udnerflate what costs will be. Just say it like it is and let me decide how to proceed. I will absolutely be using 4 Seasons for future Home Inspection work and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a home assessed.

Per report, roof was still OK, not needing new roof immediately. Titan never got onto roof, only used a drone. Thankfully, I got my own inspection with a different company before deciding to purchase home. My inspector, who did get on roof, discovered extensive damage to roof to include water leaking into attic in several places. This inspector noted that roof needs replacement immediately. This damage was never listed on Titan report. Also, furnace was not Ok. It had not been inspected for 2 years and needed to be replaced. In addition, Titan report never mentioned water under house and some repairs needed there. While Titan used pictures and report looked good, I would have bought a house that needed thousands of dollars in repairs had I relied on their report.

This felt very much like a bait and switch. Beware for them to give you a low bid and raise the price when they arrive to do the work. Edit: After follow-up discussion with the company, I no longer believe this was a bait and switch, just poor communication from the woman in the office, the original estimator, and the people on-site who showed up to do the work. Each of the three areas that I was expecting to be done (attic, walls, crawlspace) had legitimate reasons for why they couldn't be done.

Having my exterior walls insulated with NW Insulation really could have not gone better. First, I…read morehad the estimator come out just a couple days after I called, he spent an hour or so going over my house & checking the insulation and then figured out the estimate. I was shocked, with the PSE rebate, which NW Insulation takes care of, the estimate was thousands less than I thought it would be! I signed up, and a day or so later I got a call to schedule the install, again, surprisingly, they could do it right away and I scheduled for about a week out. The installers got to my house about 8am and were very polite and professional. They basically worked all day, got the job done, and were on their way. They left everything clean and it is amazing to me how the house looked when they were done. They blew in the insulation from the exterior and the method that they used left no trace, they removed a course of siding, drilled holes, filled the walls, plugged the holes, and replaced the siding. You can't even tell that they were there. I have only had a few hot days to determine if there has been an improvement and honestly it really does seem to stay cooler inside, looking forward to winter for the real test. All in all, this has been a great experience, I very highly recommend NW Insulation for your project.

Chris at Rambo is more than great. After going on a long vacation we returned home to find a rat problem in our home. Not one to back away from a critter problem I invested in poisons, traps of every kind and settled in to do battle. I inspected the home found a few possible entry points and sealed them off. 5 rodents later I declared the home Rat Free. 2 weeks later I hear a rat convention in a wall in a remote room of the house. I am aghast. I had spent hundreds on traps of every sort to get these wily pests and I was two months into the ordeal. Little did I relaize the battle was just beginning. I called a professional pest guy. We had improved results. More animals caught. Once again Rat free day was declared. 3 weeks later the Rat convention in the walls had recomenced. How discouraging... My wife is ready to move or burn the place to the ground. I was desperate. I called Rambo. They came right over. Chris did a thorough inspection. He clued me into Rat behavior. He gave me a list of things I could do to improve the home against rodent intrusion. Most of all he found the entry point. It was a literal freeway into my home for every rat in the neighborhood. He screened that up. Whoa nelly! With no way out the Rats had to stay in. In a few days they were hungry. You see... they were living in the walls going outside and doing whatever and returning to the warm home. Once Chris screened it off they had to stay inside. They had to eat. The traps were set and we finally started traping them. It was Rat WWIII. We trapped another 6 animals over several months. They were getting skinnier and skinnier as they had lost their way in and out of the home. Chris just came over this morning and we have declared the home Rodent free. These guys lay out the bait boxes and get the surrounding population down. They figure out where they are coming from. They lay the traps. dispose of carcasses if you are squeemish. They do it all. If you are like me and not totally helpless they school you and help you solve the problems. They gave confidence back to my wife to stay in our lovely rustic home in the woods. She will sleep sound again in time... This took 6 months to solve. If I had Rambo from day one I am sure we could have been cleaned up in half that time. If you see one Rat. I would say you have a dozen. For what my problem was these guys were very reasonable. If I had called them first. I would have been money ahead. read more

I would like to preface this review by saying that the best thing for local business to do for the customer is to treat the customer as a customer whose satisfaction is the goal. This includes treating the customer like a human being. Rambo Pest Control does this on a big and consistent basis. Rats, Mice, Rodents of all stripes, Roaches, Ants, and other vermin are no joke, and no one, and I mean NO ONE, wants to have to deal with the reality surrounding those problems. Not only does Rambo provide highly trained, professional, driven technicians, who come, to your place, address the issues with the highest efficacy that I have ever seen, but they understand how intimidating this can be for some people, like me. They take the time to explain, advise, and even provide some appropriate hardware at time. The way they remove superstition and mystery out of what is simply a problem that has scientific evidence, data, leaves you with the best and effective answers. Jake and Luke are a couple of the professionals who have come out recently, and I feel the mice know there is a new sheriff in town, and they'd better watch it! Jake and Luke get right to it, and yet they have great hearts and understand what a woman like me may find crazy making about the unwanted, opportunistic house guests. My husband and I were EXTREMELY disappointed with Rambo. Our rental property became infested with cockroaches, which I know are difficult, but Rambo guaranteed that they would get rid of them. They had 5 weeks of a completely empty house with no tenant to live up to their guarantee, and the roaches still didn't go anywhere. Our new renter had to sleep in a tent on her first night in her new home with her young children because 20+ roaches were still crawling around the entire house. Now, 8 weeks later - she is still killing roaches. We have decided to fire Rambo and hire Terminix instead. They charged just under $300 for this "guarantee", and after only 5 weeks they said we had to start paying $69 per visit because they had to keep coming to the house. They are trying to tell us that the guarantee was voided because we removed traps, which is not the case. We wanted the suckers out, and there's no way we would take away traps (in a vacant house) just for fun. It is completely ridiculous that we paid all that money and are still in the same spot 8 weeks ago that we began in. Save your money, save your sanity, and go with Terminix instead, who BTW, only charge $219 for 3 MONTHS OF GUARANTEED SERVICE, no matter how many times they have to come back. read more

We love Rambo and mainly Chris Somers! We have used Rambo for several years now after trying to battle odorous ants on our own, which was just frustrating to say the least. We live in the valley and many, many neighborhoods get over run by them but since we called Rambo THEY have prevented the problem for us! We can't take any of the credit. I think Chris has always been our Rambo tech and he knows our property, knows my particular problem and concerns (I am a cat lover, have four of my own and feed two ferals) so he accommodates my quirks. We recently moved to our retirement home next door to our old house and to make sure we aren't infested there, Chris has devised treatment plan to take care of both homes, he's a very accomplished technician. We live on the West Slope of Tacoma. For 20+ years we've had MAJOR spider problems, and for 12 of those years we were under contract with a pest control company who came out quarterly but never really got the problem under control. I checked reviews and hired Rambo to see if they could do better. They not only have done better, they have pretty well taken care of this spider problem after only 3 months (3 visits). Eric has come twice, and Robert once. We are now under contract with them to keep the spiders GONE. I cannot tell you how much we have appreciated their work; for years we have been loath to spend time in the lower level of our house but now that fear is mostly gone. Rambo and the techs they employ are amazing! I completely forgot we were scheduled for our quarterly ant prevention. When I pulled in the driveway I was alarmed that the dog water bowls were upside down and the plants needing to be planted were pulled away from the foundation. Then of course the lightbulb went off and the card placed in the door jam was confirmation that our tech had been to our home. I paused for a moment looking at those upside down dog bowls and thought how kind that was. The mere fact that our tech cares about his clients AND his clients fur babies was evident in his service! We've used Rambo now for quite a few years and are on a quarterly service to keep those awful odorous ants at bay. We'll never switch. Love the company - love the customer service! read more

Amazing service from the start to the finish!! I contacted Rambo based on the reviews and because they were available on Saturdays, was contacted by Collette, who should answer phones for everyone, she was kind, professional, explained everything and got me all set-up with Steven. Steven showed up on Saturday afternoon, shook my hand and was friendly and explained step by step what he was going to do regarding the ants we had inside and outside the house. He was quick and thorough and then came back inside and let us know what he found and what to expect. My husband and I were very happy with the service and we signed up for future visits. So I got stung by wasps for six times six days in a row. I didn't even see them and they got me on my back, my hands, and my sides. Needless to say, that was unpleasant and even though I knew where the nest was, they even came out ant attacked me, well over 15 yards away from that bush! So I had seen the Rambo truck in my neighborhood and went ahead and asked. Chris came over, gave it a look, knew the species of wasp and got right on it. For a nominal fee, he suited up, went after those nasty wasps and took total care of it. So it has been a few days now, no wasps, no stings. Professional and kind, level-headed, consistent. Washington has rodents. More people have an issue than they realize. Unfortunately, many people don't realize until it's an uncomfortable situation. Like a smell. Yep. I know. These guys knew the ropes, were out quickly, were very upfront about charges and what was included. On top of that, I just liked them as people. I like that Rambo assigns their techs to jobs by region. Butch was very familiar with the specific critters I was dealing with. My absolute "go-to" pest control people. Okay, they have been my only pest control people for MANY years. Yes, the owner Luke has the real last name of Rambo. He has been known to go all "Rambo" over any critters invading my space but that's not how the business got its name. I have been using Rambo about 7 years and they have always done a great job. I appreciate their quality work and honesty. When I started using them I had some areas that allowed access to my crawl space for pests. They fixed the access at the time. Last year one of the technicians noticed something had come loose and could be a problem down the road. Without me asking they came out and fixed the problem at no charge. I'm not sure it really was their issue but that is the kind of service they provide. Highly recommend Rambo. read more

We have been clients of Rambo for a year. Always courteous and up front on what is going on and alert to possible future problems. Today we were gone when Butch showed up but he had informed us that he was coming. He left us a note that he noticed gas odor around our meter alerting us to a potential hazard. Called PSE out and fortunately it was a tiny leak from a valve on our earthquake sensor and since it is venting outside, no hazard. We will get it fixed this week. My Technician, Earl Russell, was out today to do his regular check up. He is always so kind, thoughtful and thorough. Russ did a thoroughly professional job as usual. He contacted me a half hour before arrival and completed his job efficiently. He is always super pleasant and great to deal with. I used to be a pest inspector in WA and have dealt with may types of infestations as a pest control technician. Its been awhile. I do other types of inspections now and am in people's homes several times a day. We switched from Terminix to Rambo about a year ago and couldn't be happier! Our technician, Jeremy, has been very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. No appointments feel rushed and longterm issues have been addressed with care. Both admins, Roxanne and Mariah have been a pleasure to work with. Rambo Total Pest Control completely took care of our rat problem. We're on a quarterly schedule, they always call a day ahead to let us know that they are coming. They crawl under the house, check the stations around the outside and check the attic. The techs are always friendly and professional. After a week, there were still some angry bees. He said about 95% of the time one spray works with one shot, but the work is guaranteed for a year. I texted him and he came out immediately once again and sprayed the heck out of that area. The first time around he sprayed the whole house which was a bonus. It's been another week and I haven't seen any bees. I feel comfort in the fact that the service is guaranteed for a year and face-to-face he's a really really really personable guy. The technician assigned to my home, August, has come out multiple times to address ongoing sugar ant issues and to check for possible rodent activity. Despite repeated visits, nothing has improved. Each visit lasts about five minutes. There's no visible inspection, no explanation of what's being done, and no meaningful follow‑through. For the sugar ants specifically, I was told they would "die off in a few days," yet the ants continue to flourish in the bathroom and bedroom. After four months of monthly service, I would expect at least some progress, but the infestation is unchanged. I also requested an attic inspection to check for signs of rodents, and was told it wasn't necessary. Every reputable pest‑control source I've checked says attic inspections are standard practice, so this refusal was concerning. Communication has also declined. The first couple of times I reached out about the ant problem, the company responded quickly -- but the treatments weren't effective. The most recent time I texted them, I received no response at all. I hope Sean, the owner, takes this feedback seriously. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Modern Pest Control.

I ONLY wanted the rat boxes done and repeatedly stated to the company that did not want chemicals sprayed around the house. I would tell the workers this the day before to remind them and they still could not follow that simple instruction. Less work right? So, they screwed up many times. The final time was December with another new guy showed up the day after I reminded him, in writing, not to spray chemicals. Guess what, they showed up the next day WITH A SUPERVISOR, and proceeded to spray chemicals all around my house. They also put GLUE traps in my crawl space without asking and I never would have authorized that. I decided to cancel my contract AFTER that and called the company running the comcast-like gauntlet of 'what if we gave you this or that credit'. I declined and asked to cancel and they removed my credit card. I was not informed of any remaining balance. After that, they sent me a bill for the service that they once again screwed up. Keep in mind I paid full price to these guys for years just to have the rat boxes done so I was grossly overpaying and they got way more out of me than they put in. I called them to dispute the bill, they said they would call me back after running up the chain. They didn't. Instead they insist I owe them money for a SERVICE THEY CONTINUALLY SCREWED UP. They are an extraordinarily incompetent company that can't follow simple instructions.

This company went from throwing bait without traps on first visit, to setting snap traps inside and outside on second visit, to showing up and the owner of the company saying those are the wrong traps and set them all off. This was supposed to be the final visit, instead this person claiming to be the owner was there to make a bid to my landlord for more work. He said he would be back Saturday with the correct traps as he was there to "bid" a crawl space clean out, not address the current contract of getting rid of the rodent/s. No call no show Saturday. I called the front office Monday to confirm they would be bringing the correct traps out and to set a new day. She said someone was coming out today/Monday- even tho no one scheduled that with me. Needless to say, by the time they did come back out to address the original contract, they removed all but one outside trap. Then that technician insisted on coming over to check the trap on a day I wouldn't be home. I asked him to come by on a day I am home as I am not comfortable with people being at my property/house when I am not. He said he will just get permission from the landlord since she paid the bill. Why would a person/company not respect such a simple request? I feel awful that my landlord paid this amount of money for literally nothing but a headache. If you haven't hired them, might as well try anywhere else first.
