I would NOT suggest them for HBOT (Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy). What they are doing is flatout dangerous and can cause barometric trauma to patients. They have a staff member who has no idea what they are doing putting people in and out of the chambers, the chamber itself didn't even work, it never stabilized at pressure which is a serious safety issue, I also told the tech to make sure to go slow to pressure and depressurization due to medical conditions. What did she do? She yanked on the pressure switch when it was time to end the session and I almost passed out in the chamber. I was sick from that. I also told her that the chamber never stabilized and was constantly climbing (the pressure gage is inside the chamber) and she laughed it off and said "oh its just broken!" no it isn't. I've done A LOT of HBOT at different clinics, that should never happen in a chamber. And if it's broken, FIX IT! Fix your staff too. They also advertise red light. therapy which was a tiny mat looking thing that wouldnt stay turned on for more than 30 seconds. Poorly run clinic, dangerous to be using these tools without knowledgable staff, supposed to take vitals too and they never did. I reported this incident to the clinic and they never responded. I usually don't leave negative reviews, as we are all humans and mistakes happen. And I have a good reason to do so. We called the clinic due to acute symptoms and yes, gratefully Justin (paramedic) accepted us for an Ozone treatment on short notice. When we were discussing the protocol, I asked specifically if Ozone can be used with another Vitamins IV injection on the same day, I was assured that this is the practice of the clinic and it's the way to use it. Intuitively I knew it's not the way to go, and I trusted Justin's words. I also asked to run the fluids for at least 1 hour, instead it was run for 20 minutes. My daughter was very sick for the next 36 hours on top of her acute symptoms. Also, they used the same saline bag and pushed the vitamins into the same bag, charging me for 2 procedures, which is debatable if it can be discounted or not. The med director called me later to discuss the prices and when I asked all these questions: timing of dripping (actual 20 min over asked 60 min), use Ozone (pro-oxidant) and Vitamins and Glutathione (antioxidants) on the same day, in the same bag which pretty much causes lots of reactions in blood, "cancelation of each other" and severe side-effects like depression, anxiety, and even suicidal thoughts, and pricing. To all of them I was gaslighted in a fashion: "Cheaper elsewhere doesn't mean better", "the treatment should be 1 hour, typically kids (22 y.o. patient) have a skewed sense of timing", " we were mixing Glutathione and Ozone for years" (the clinic has been open for a few weeks, I got 2nd and 3rd opinions that day who told me that it was a purely commercial sale over the integrity of the treatment), and the price is still accurate $500 even the vitamins were pushed into the same seline bag". I wasn't planning to write any reviews like I said, and all the feedback from the doc was a joke and made me warn the public. Please do your due diligence before you call this clinic or do such treatments at places like this.
