**This is for the massage service only** I was gifted a Groupon for a 60 min massage and unfortunately wish I never went. I've had many massages in the past but never had one like this before. I had the massage therapist named Veronica and did not enjoy my massage at all. The room was very hot as well as the massage table which made me uncomfortably hot. My massage therapist did not seem experienced and used her elbows the majority of the time which was very uncomfortable and hurt a lot. This was not a relaxing massage but a painful one. I tend to like deep tissue massage to get rid of my knots but this therapist didn't seem to know how to perform. I was hesitant to end the massage early but wanted to push through to get my moneys worth which I should have just ended early on. This has been one of the worst massages I have received and left without feeling relaxed and felt like I was more tense afterwards. I would not recommend coming here for a massage and would look elsewhere. I can't speak on their chiropractic services but would be willing to give it a try as it's a nice and clean environment. read more

I'm not sure how this place has managed to stay in business for this long. I came in for 2 massages with different therapists, one was good and one was terrible. The second therapist was trying to do joint range of motion exercises rather than actually giving me a massage. It was incredibly stressful. When I called in and asked to book a massage with a different therapist, I spent over 10 minutes on the phone trying to schedule a massage, the scheduler couldn't seem to figure out how to read her calendar so after she read off a ton of dates, then said "oh wait...", I finally secured an appointment for about 2-3 weeks out. On the day of my massage, I received a call about 2 hours before and was told my therapist had a family emergency. Okay.... I rescheduled to 12/26. Today (12/23), I received a call and was asked to reschedule due to the same therapist was traveling and wouldn't be in to work. Extremely unprofessional that they can't seem to organize their calendars and set schedules for their staff to make sure they fulfill their commitments to their PAYING customers. I highly recommend going somewhere else. Update: 12/26. They had rescheduled my massage for today and texted me to let me know. Then shortly afterwards, I got a voicemail saying they had to reschedule yet again. THREE TIMES!? Shame on me for believing in them. I had prepaid for this massage so go ahead and keep my money. I've been getting chiropractic care for 30 year now. My chiro moved out of town and sent me to Dr. Woz since she was his chiro. I've been going for six months now. .Initially twice a week, but then felt better and now once a week. Dr. Woz is really an excellent straight chiropractor. I have a difficult neck to adjust due to whiplash from a car accident when I was 21. She gets in there every time and distracts me with different techniques so I don't tense up. Their schedulers are excellent communicators and I'm in and out quickly. I also enjoy the extra services at the end that are included. read more

It blows my mind that this place remains open and hasn't run off every single one of their customers. It is the shadiest run chiropractic office in Denver. Before I really go deep into the details (and you stop reading), I just want to know the following things: ***Be prepared to be seen as an open bank account and treated like a number - They will hard sell you on a package that you may not need and it is near impossible to get out of it. It's sad, but they rely on scare tactics to get you to sign up for this. ***Have fun having your xrays on 2 large screens in a "private office". Not a big deal if the walls weren't glass and facing the lobby. Everyone sees your spine issues and if you're lucky, your naughty bits. This is against HIPPA's code and gives the patient zero privacy. ***You will get adjusted on table that is basically in the lobby. When it's busy, there are people sitting in the room that you're getting adjusted in. Don't worry, the doc has no problem telling the whole room what's wrong with you. Once again, not HIPPA compliant. Now for my biggest gripe and the reason you should never sign up for their discounted package deal: I've spent the better part of the last 10 months trying to get a refund for services not used and a return on orthopedics insoles that weren't the right fit. After finally connecting to the office manager, who is NEVER in the office, I was told that a refund would be issued in 3-5 days back on my card. Of course, that never actually happened and it was up to me to chase her down again to see why the refund never came through. There was no explanation or apology, just a lame excuse that it was the accounting software's problem. The burden shouldn't be on your customers to chase after you for 10 months to run a simple refund. Every other business out there can do it with ease, how is it that hard for you to figure out? Lohi, you need to learn to do the right thing and treat your customer's like their time matters. You are in the business of healing people, not reaching into their back pockets and emptying out their wallets. Try to run a business you can be proud of. read more

Wow, where to begin. Can I give 10 stars? My daughter gave me a gift card to these guys and I am really glad she did. I went in for my evaluation, got an xray and had a consultation. Before starting a treatment plan, my SI joint went out from an old auto injury. I called to see if I could come in right away and they took me immediately. Dr. Leo and Dr. Woz fixed me up pronto. In the past this particular issue would take me 10 days to recover from with no intervention. I felt substantially better the next day this time. I am very happy I found them and they are now my go to for all things good health. I feel as if they have my best interest at heart and they are certainly very knowledgeable about their practice. They offer massage, acupuncture, and a whole range of modalities to help you stay in top shape. I see the bad reviews here and I have to say that my experience is nothing short of stellar. I tried acupuncture, massages, ointments, rest and nothing helped. After doing a thorough diagnostic, Dr. Woz set me up on a treatment plan and had me back to normal within weeks. I will not change my review of Dr. Wozniak, but I must change my review based on the billing practices at her office. I switched from auto pay to cash pay after several months of service, so my individual visits were then $68 each. Shortly thereafter I requested to have my file closed-out, as I had to be seen by other specialists for my pain issues. After closing out my file, I received a "past due" notice stating that I owed nearly $400 to LoHi. I was given a copy of the agreement I signed, which had the clause highlighted that supposedly applied to the situation. NOWHERE in that clause does it state that I would be charged the difference between the cash pay price and the auto pay price retroactively. The language was ambiguous at best. I'm sorry, but I can no longer recommend LoHi based on their billing practices. read more

I wish I could leave a 5 star review but after trying to cancel my ongoing services for over 4 weeks now I am leaving this review. The actual chiropractic care has been excellent but be wary of any sort of automatic debit payment plan you might sign up for. I have called in now over 5 times to say that I would like to cancel but, like clockwork, the charges keep rolling in every week. It's shame since Nick is a fantastic chiropractor. If you are considering using this practice I would consider paying per visit or looking elsewhere. I guess they like to run the LA Fitness billing model. This place is not adequate for neurological nor autoimmune disabilities They don't have any masks at this office and don't wear them. I went in for a consultation, due to my pain and disability I needed an advocate with me. My advocate is my mom who has 4 autoimmune disorders including a autoimmune cancer that she's currently in chemo for. We were in the small room with Dr. Leo, she asked if he could wear a mask and he didn't have any and didn't want to wear one when my mom presented him with one she carries in her purse (she carry's extras). He said my advocate could leave if it was an issue. There are so many issues with this, 1) I need my advocate to ... advocate & remember the things I can't, 2) She cares for me daily, so inherently my exposure is her exposure regardless of if she's in the room or not. 3) it's a doctors office. I decided to leave as risking my moms life is not worth whatever this place offers. Doctors offices should be safe for ALL disabled people. Absolutely appalling. Also this place has lots of loud noises and little to no privacy (except for the tiny Dr.s office where Leo wouldn't mask) Edited to add: I made this same post on another review site and the owner who was not present at the time implied I was misrepresenting the events. This was not one bad moment or one bad provider, this obviously a bad company. read more

After starting treatment at LoHi Chiropractic I've noticed significant changes and they've implemented more opportunities for feedback while continuously improving service and shortening wait times. They've added a second chiropractor so there were a few growing pains, but every issue has been addressed for service that is above and beyond every time. I went to "Doctor" Leo and it was the WORST!!! You could tell he was nervous and had NO idea what he was doing!! When he had me cross my arms he hurt me so bad! This was the worst chiropractic appointment I've ever had! Also the next day my arm swelled up so I went to a real doctor and they found a blood clot! I can't express how amazing Dr Wozniak and her staff is. I've been looking for a chiropractor that I can trust my care with since I've moved to Denver. This was the most thorough exam I've ever had. Hands down. Even more so than the chiro office I went to for a year back in Vegas. I never once felt like I was rushed in and out of my appt. Any questions I had doesn't go unanswered. This establishment is the worst. Do not buy their groupon it is a SCAM this business is a SCAM. I bought the groupon for my wife which included an initial visit along with two adjustments and two massages. At the initial visit they told my wife she had to go to a third party for xrays or the would not do any adjustments or massages and the groupon would be void. This was not stated anywhere on the groupon or on their website. So I had to pay a third party $105 for xrays so that the rest of the groupon that was purchased could be used. When I called an asked to speak to a manager or someone who was in charge I was told we don't have a manager. I was transferred to the doctor who had seen my wife. She straight lied to my face and told me that they never make anyone get xrays and they would never have told my wife that (the doctor is the one who told my wife she had to get xrays). The doctor then tried to blame it on a new person at the front desk. The second time she visited for a adjustment and massage she was charged an additional $60. I called in again and was told the payment was for the adjustment. The adjustment was already paid for! This money was reimbursed after arguing with the doctor for 40 minutes on the phone and she goes "oh yeah I found that right here she should not have been charged". Now when my wife went for her final massage and adjustment they tried to charge her $60 again this time saying that the first initial visit counted as an adjustment even though she did not receive and adjustment. She ended up not even receiving the final massage and told them to use that towards their $60. This place has horrible management and are scamming people out of money left and right. No one there seems to know what is going on when you call in and they all play dumb. There are plenty of other great chiropractors in the area that are much cheaper and actually know what they are doing. read more

It had been 8-10 years since my last chiropractic visit so I was blown away when I went to LoHi Chiropractic. Dr. Woz listened to my needs and did a full chiropractic evaluation for a fairly minor ailment. She used a machine to help identify where I was out of alignment, which was incredibly accurate. The machine identified areas which were previously painful that I didn't even mention at the beginning of the appointment. I don't have the best health insurance so I assumed the visit would cost me a lot but the price was very inexpensive. LoHi also made scheduling an appointment easy by accommodating to my schedule. On my 2nd visit, Dr. Woz had a customized health plan written out for me going forward. 100% recommend. read more

I was a first-time patient, never had any chiropractic work done before and I had mixed feelings about my visit to LoHi Chiropratic. Dr. Wozniak was super personable, friendly, energetic, knowledgeable and passionate about her work. Which is great because I've had some not so enthusiastic practitioners in the past that can really be a drag. All of their equipment and facilities were pristine and state of the art, and I was given a really thorough breakdown of all my chiropractic needs. But once I was given all that information, I felt like I wasn't provided any options and it felt like a really HARD-SELL situation; before I knew it I had an appointment for another alignment and a whole series of treatments and appointments that they wanted to sign me up for and it felt like I was being expected to fork over $$$$ before even getting a chance to go home and think about my options. I felt a little mislead about some of the fees for certain things and overall didn't feel a sense of trust from the office that I would have liked to in order to invest the time and money into a chiropractor. read more
