The Pharmacy manager (Kimmi) greeted me with a nice and professional smile, then took in my prescription gracefully. She said my medicine will be filled in about 15 minutes. When the time was up, I came to the counter, and another young lady pharmacy assistant quickly fetched my medicine bag and completed the entire medicine payment transaction and medicine eating instruction swiftly. Not filled because they had never heard of it. The person behind the counter was absolutely the rudest pharmacy technician I've ever encountered in all my years. I'm assuming Technician because surely a pharmacist would never treat their customers like this. IF you do not know how to be kind and personal able - get out of all forms of retail. I'll never be back! The positive thing: there was a lady that manages pickup of scripts - she is a woman of color and she is a 10 star!
