They shampooed, agitated, and deodorized the carpets, and took extra care with the areas where our dog had accidents. Poor communication and no show…read more I scheduled last week for 11 on Saturday. I called them at 1130 and they were like oh they should have showed up by now. The receptionist called them, and they said their machine broke and they were getting it fixed. They said they would offer me 10% off and I could either wait for them Saturday or be scheduled first thing Monday. I told them it was no problem, we would wait around on Saturday. He said they would call him when they were 30 minutes out. I wait til 430 pm and no one came or called me. Monday comes and I called at 8 am before they opened and left a message to see if they would be there Monday morning. Then when they did open I called from 9-11 and it kept going straight to voicemail. I emailed them and they never responded two day. So I scheduled yesterday with Keystone and they came today. Keystone did an amazing job. Don't waste your time with this unprofessional company.

I scheduled him to assess the job in person and he found some of the cement flooring was missing. After I saw it to confirm the extent of the damage, he offered to add the cement for a great price. He gave me a realistic timeline of two weeks to order the carpet from Georgia which was fine since I wasn't in a huge rush. He brought the carpet samples, and I chose Bare Mineral in person because the color complemented my existing flooring and tile without casting yellow. In less than a week, he sent a text saying he expected my carpet to arrive and that he could install the very next Friday. Reyes over-delivered. On the day of install, he showed up ready to work and you can tell he knows what he is doing. His truck speaks for itself, it's an industrial size with serious tools and a host of supplies. The installation for the two bedrooms took about 5 hours total. Please know this included removal of the old carpet and padding, replacing the cement my bedrooms needed, drying time, new padding, and very tricky installation because the rooms have multiple angles to navigate by design. When the job was complete, I was EXTREMELY impressed. His work not only transformed the room, the quality of his work is beyond anything I've seen. The man is a master at what he does and I highly recommend. Also, his wife helped to cut padding and she was really lovely, too. F&R make an incredible team and I feel very grateful and lucky to find them here on Yelp.

Miguel is an awesome resource. After my condo flooded with black water, the Turnberry towers had…read morebrought in Summit / Everest construction to do the repairs. Although I had a uniform floor throughout and there was damage in the entry way of two of the rooms Allstate/Safe Co would not cover the replacement stating that the Contractor failed to prove damages to those areas. The contractor then pushed Las Vegas Flooring on us, and they did the 70% of the area, but left two room with the old damaged floor and they also did crap finishing at door ways. This took about 5 months for them to handle and in the end the new floor was full of messy marks and overall quality issues. When we had asked, Las Vegas Flooring wanted $16k to do the additional two rooms. ---Hell No! I called a few of the people that were on the list, and check in the building. Needless to say while there were a few people with issues on Cortes, the bottom line was that they were making sincere efforts in there work where as people such as Las Vegas Flooring (Rip Off). First, when Miguel arrived, he immediately was able to identify the original flooring and where it was purchased. Had Las Vegas not been so pushy, I could have had close to my original floor. Next, he offered to get flooring to match the new floor for me (via Prosource) or I could purchase it on the internet and he would install it. I ordered it from e-floors and they shipped it to my building. Being that I live most of the time in another state, it was not possible for me to be at the building to receive it, however Miguel went the extra mile for me and got it taken care of. Expect this to take months as it did with Las Vegas Flooring and to have them come out multiple times to correct their errors, Miguel's crew had the job completed in a bit less than 4 days (if you count them receiving the new floor) and much to my surprise, they had installed the new floors perfectly on the first shot and blending into the Las Vegas Flooring install (that again took months). Miguel went one step further fixing the closet that was also not done correctly, moved all my furniture out and back and managed not to damage anything. Additionally, I noted that they did not create messy dust such as Las Vegas Flooring did. Imagine that....good work can happen in Las Vegas..... If you want no nonsense, a positive hardworking group that gets the job done right....call Miguel.
