Wonderful staff. They treat you as an individual not just someone in line. So much better than any of the big chain pharmacies.

Plus, there is another CVS that is almost on the same road, so I figured some people may have inadvertently written a review on this listing for the other CVS. Anyway, I'm extremely disappointed with this store regarding the stocking of the store, layout of the parking lot, checkout lines, and the coupon machine. What I thought would be a two minute in and out trip to CVS ended up taking me fifteen minutes.... and was honestly, really annoying. First, entering this place is like a maze. The entrance and parking lot are behind the store, and the parking lot is consistently jam packed, busy, and a cluster of people attempting to park. Not an enjoyable scene. Second, entering the store, there was a line of eight people. It's a week before Christmas and you have three registers open, and a store full of people waiting to checkout and then go do more important things they need to. Seriously annoying. After I finished shopping the line had moved some and there was only about five people in line, but still ridiculous. Third, the coupon machine was out of paper or not working correctly and didn't feed me out my coupons. So I had to walk to the far other end of the store to get the much awaited coupons. Also inconvenient, but not really a shock... is this place run by clowns? Fourth, many empty shelves throughout the food section and the vitamin section. They are busy, but if this is a trend (and from the other reviews it seems so), then corporate (which is only about 45 minutes away) should know to send this CVS more inventory in certain departments. Running out of Dove Chocolate and Allergy relief is ridiculous. Had to stop another place to get it, which defeats even going to CVS in the first place. Honestly, not a pleasant place to shop and much more of an annoyance. While I haven't visited either, the Rite Aid on Route 62 and CVS on Great Road HAVE to be somewhat better. 2 stars.

I was also worried about the side effects of my medication once and the owner sat down and talked with me for a while, taking her time to talk with me and go over it so I could understand it well and it made me feel much more comfortable with the new medication. I also get my vaccines for Covid here. Always use this pharmacy, as it is a local business, and is much better than the big chain store pharmacies in town. It's always good to spend money on local businesses because that means the money gets reinvested into the community, as opposed to big chain stores where the money flows out of our community. Always shop local if you can!

I get a monthly invoice, which is taken care of by autopay, so very convenient. I also get a breakdown of what meds are sent to the AL each month, as well as dosage. Anytime there is an urgent need for a med to be filled quickly, these guys come through. Crystal is a pleasure to speak with and quite helpful. I had some changes to Mom's insurance and she patiently covered each drug with me, providing insight I needed to ensure Mom continues to get quality meds.

I would give this store negative stars if that were possible. Poorly run, terrible workers…read moreconditions. Staff always call out and the managers solution is to make other staff work 6 days a week. The staff seem miserable, nobody knows where anything is when you ask for help, they act offended like you don't at them. It's not very clean, products are often not stocked properly so you have to ask to check the back. The people running the front where the registers are act extremely unprofessional, there have been times they've been throwing things back and forth while customers were around. All the decent staff seem to have left, now all that's left are people who can't communicate properly or do a poor job at what they're supposed to be doing. More times than I can count, my bags have ripped because the baggers don't pay attention to what they're doing and I've lost stuff from breaking when the bags rip open. The produce is hit or miss, often going bad or covered in mold, like the strawberries. One time I went through six containers trying to find one that wasn't covered in white fuzzy mold, and eventually gave up. The company slogan used to be ", focusing on friendly" when you looked at the name tags, but it feels very very far from that nowadays. If I wanted miserable workers and a sub-par experience, I could just drive down the street to the dollar store. Overall, negative 3 stars out of 10. Not sure who runs it, but it's a far cry from functional.
