Awful service, disrespectful staff. I arrived just before they close for lunch at 1:30 to pick up an Rx. No-one was behind me. They took the person in front of me who arrived at the same time I did, but wouldn't take me. I pointed out that I was there just before their lunch break, and after back and forth, one of them said "Now it's 1:31" and smirked. I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Today I went to the CVS store to do some shopping. I rarely write unless there really is a need fo it. management was extremely rude. the manage, Patricia, came over to remove one of the items on the list after the cashier saw the pricing was off from what the cost should have shown on the screen. I was already there for about 30 min trying to solve the issue, only looking to buy a few items and leave. However, after she adjusted the price, even asked whether or not I was planning on paying. I told her I was disappointed and wouldn't be coming back , and she responded- "then don't " . is that how you run a business? the way I was treated truly reflects the poor reputation of this store. read more

This a tiny place that's not run well. Since the aisles are narrow it's more of a pain trying to get by the storage bins left out when another customer is also there. Last night 12/28 was a new low there. The cashier was not busy as she was playing on her phone. My wife went to the self checkout instead, and questioned a price. Rather than going to the register and seeing what the issue was she stood there and just said "and?" as in am I expected to move? At that point we gave up and left out items. She gave us a smart ass response as we walked out. read more

I try to avoid this CVS at all costs. About a year ago I went in to buy a candy bar and after waiting for several minutes at an empty register I asked a young clerk who was about 5 feet away if he could ring it up. He was quite perturbed and when he gave me my change I said "is there a thank you" at which point he exploded and started swearing at me, calling me names (i'm 72 years old so a lot of old man curses). I asked for the manager and when I explained the issue she said "I don't blame you" but didn't do anything. I sent a long message to CVS headquarters but never got a response. I have refused to go into this store since. However, today my wife needed to pick up an antibiotic and thought that, because it was the closest pharmacy, she would have it called in there. When she got there there was a sign at the pharmacy that they were closed for lunch so she had to wait for an hour to pick up her prescription. I've actually started boycotting CVS and will go to Walgreen's if I need something from the drugstore even though it's farther away. l realize that it's hard to find good help but most other places find a way. Avoid this store if possible. read more

The getting in an out at 4:30- 5:45 is tricky here --rte 110 is often backup up way past and hard to get out and take a left. I always wish I could go back out at 119 but that doesn't work. I also find it has the longest pharmacy lines of any of the 3 CVS 's I have used over the years. The employees are generally very nice though and will continue to use it. read more

I want to share my bad experience with CVS store located in Littleton MA. It was very surprising to have such rude and extremely low customer service experience during my visit today in the face of the store manager Patricia. It is very disappointing to be in such unproffecional not qualified management environment and deal with someone who is not willing to help when I had issue with CVS automated check out system. It appears that Patricia does have a very limited understanding of how to manage and deal with issues related to system imperfection when the system doesn't work correctly and overcharges CVS customers. Additionally, Patricia was so rude to even ask a question if I want to pay after finding out that the original auto check system overcharged me by 50% more compared to the final price that was calculated after entered manually. In such situation where the customer gets overcharged (equal to steal) by the auto check system I will expect to receive an apology from the store manager for my patience, time and being a CVS customer instead of being treated with such bad behavior from CVS store manager Patricia. read more

Great location for a CVS. This one is always clean and well stock. I don't think there is a drive through which I believe is the case at the Westford location as well. Prices are typical of the chain and they offer passport photos and other photo services read more

Usually the employees are pretty friendly here, but today must have been an exception for one woman working there. Went in and 3-4 people just standing around talking, no hello's or acknowledgement from anyone. OK, that's fine. However, the older woman (late 40's- early 50's) with brown hair and glasses decided to take it upon herself to try and be as rude as possible to my boyfriend and I when she opened her cashier lane to ring out customers. She didn't even look at us, even when I greeted her. Rang up my hair dryer and told me a different price than I had seen on the shelf. She started to get agitated for me even asking her to repeat the price again and yelled "this IS the price it's telling me!". OK, no problem. I told her that I'm going to go get a different one and she proceeded to slam the hair dryer on the floor in front of other customers as I was walking away. LOL....ok. This is not what CVS is about at all. This woman was the most miserly person I have even encountered in any store. We were very polite to her so I know it's not us. If you get your rocks off treating people like poo for no reason then maybe working with customers isn't the right place for you. I hope she gets a reality check or finds yoga. read more

This is my favorite CVS, and I measure all the other CVS stores against this one. All my prescriptions go directly there. Its clean, tidy and organized. I can be found here every week, not just to pick up prescriptions but for all of my toiletry items. I no longer see Lorraine there (I wish her well), however all the other staff and the managers are very pleasant and helpful. My girls also always find an excuse to come here often because they like lingering at the hair products and makeup aisles like an addiction. The ONLY downside is that it is such a popular stop for people that the parking lot always seem to be full. read more

I've come to this CVS for as long as I can remember and they have done a great job at turning around the customer service at this place. a year ago, every time i filled my prescription i usually got some sass back from the pharmacist and a couple of times they messed up my insurance or another part of my prescription and would blame it on me. Anyway's i have been so surprised at how nice the staff has been, especially Tai (i think that's her name) who always greets me with a smile and asks how my day is going and is actually interested in what i have to say AND does a great job at filling prescriptions and insurance! the cashiers are very nice as well read more

Clean, all around regular CVS. Parking is always an issue during rush-hour commute / shopping timeframe.

Called at 8 am to fill prescription, my husband stated I would be there to retrieve it. I went to pick it up around noon and there was no script ready!!! This is the 2nd time this has happened in the 2 months! I called 3 times and hung up after being on hold for about 12 to 22 minutes and called at 5:20 when I finally was able to speak to someone within 5 minutes. I explained the situation, she told me they were put back into stock 2 weeks ago because no one picked them up... that must have been the last time I went to get them and I was told nothing ready so we called script into another CVS!!! As I told her I wasn't interested in what happened last week or yesterday, why was it ready at 8:30 am and not noon, she again told me how it had to go back into stock "3" weeks ago!! She remembered putting it away cause it was not picked up! I again stated I needed the meds, just quit arguing and when would they be ready..... "It will be a while" what is a while? "7:30" I said 2 hours? She said "Yes we have many people before you!" Remember, we called in prescription at 8:30 am and showed up at noon!!! How long of a waiting list do they have? BTW... last month when this happened, we went to another CVS who had to call and ask them to restock at that time so it could be filled by the 2nd CVS!!! That was August 30th as we were headed out of town and could conveniently stop at our old pharmacy! read more

This CVS is always clean neat and the help is knowledgeable. They call to let me know when my prescriptions need refilling. They are easy to work with. I can/t say enough about their service and their pricing. read more
