I have had their service going on 3 years now with steady signal n only 1-2 downtimes with minimal time(less than 15 minutes) and when I called because I felt my speed was a little slow(on one occasion) they were right on it and their call service is awesome (wait time was less than 5 minutes!!). Ayera has been a great decision for us. During the 2 years that I have been using them, here are my comments. 1) They answer the phone quickly. Anytime I have had to call I have never had to wait on hold, they pick up. The people I have talked to in the office are always helpful and friendly. 2) We have the 60 MB plan and have not had too many issues. Occasionally there may be some lag time, but for the most part the service has been good. We do have a couple extenders in the house and I think these help a lot. 3) It is easy to set up your account online and manage anything you need. I am on autopay and it makes things very easy 4) We have had technicians come out twice over 2 years. Once when we moved in and again this week when we were able to upgrade to a higher speed plan. They had to replace the radio antenna to get the higher speed. Vance and Ryan were the technicians that came out. They are both professional, friendly, calm, knowledgeable and work efficiently. They arrive on time, introduce themselves, explain what they are going to do, and then get the job done. For me, it is the little things that matter. For example, this week when they both came out and it was wet outside from the rain, before they entered my house they wiped their feet. These little things show you that they care about what they are doing and that they want the customers to have a good experience. If you are debating about what internet to go with, choose Ayera. Ayera seems very solid and willing to correct service issues. The problem that I have is finding a reliable VOIP for home phones to replace AT&T. Most of the providers that Ayera recommends are for commercial accounts, Vodex Communications came recommended in December 2023 are inferior - it's been over four months and Vodex still hasn't been able to complete the switch from AT&T, the owner recommended purchasing equipment unsuitable for the job and shows just all around disregard for and lacks basic competence to complete the job. Another great success!! Ayera techs are the BEST in trouble shooting. A year ago I also wrote a review. There is consistent excellence . I had several connect issues and each technician spend a great deal of patience resolving every issue. I should add that none of my issues had anything to do with Ayala equipment or internet speed. Be super SUPER careful with this company. They have some cool things like no contracts and levels of bandwidth at different prices which is fantastic! BUT they will also ding you with a decent service charge when you want them to church their equipment! I specifically gave a tech instructions NOT TO TOUCH ANYTHING except for Ayera's equipment! Of course the tech did not do what I asked Ayera then proceeded to charge us $50 because he moved something I asked him not to When I called to get it taken care of, the man on the phone was unwilling to help. My lady and I get our Internet service through Ayera's point to point wireless internet access service. $49 a month gets 5 megabits per second up and download on a single static IP address. Before ;you sign up for their service ($149 setup fee), a technician comes to your home to verify that your home is serviceable, since Ayera uses a line of sight microwave link. Internet out on Wednesday night due to a massive storm. Phone call TO ME from Ayera on Thursday that our tower was blown down and explained their plan to resolve. Email on Friday outlining the situation and how they would compensate those without power. Saturday internet was restored. Arrow technologies has been a fabulous internet but to work with. I was with them for five years and never a problem. Always courteous service billing always correcting on time with extremely good monthly fees. I live in the country and have battled with slow internet service from several providers for years . A friend of mine recommended ayera and i am so glad that i decided to call them and switch over to them, we now have very fast internet and are able to use 6 to 7 devices at once and stream movies. I've had this internet service for over a year now, when we first got this service the internet was fast and great. We didn't worry about losing connections or worry about streaming more than one device at a time. However, these past couple months have been terrible with streaming. Can't stream a movie without buffering and getting completely kicked out from the lack of internet connection. We don't dare use more than one device at a time, including our cell phones, and we do have a top of the line wifi router. Called the company to ask what the issue might be, customer service rep ran a couple diagnostic tests and didn't find anything wrong. They offered a free week trial of the next internet package, and there was no difference in internet connection or streaming speed. I ended up canceling my service entirely, because you can get faster Mbps for a cheaper price at a different company than what Ayera offers. This company's internet is terrible at an expensive cost, don't waste your time. read more

These guys rock! I've dealt with several wifi providers over the years. They've all had major shortcomings (I won't mention names). Ayera installed their receiver thingy and got me online with no hassles. They didn't lock me in with a contract, and have adjusted my speed a couple times now with nothing more than a phone call. The service has good latency for gaming, and it's super reliable. The customer service is excellent, and you can get a quick response via email or phone--from people in Modesto. Their referral bonus system is great! I've already received multiple credits due to friends who have signed up. Where I live there is no cable service, and satellite has too much latency.
