For this review, I would like to highlight three things that made me happy with choosing HydroWash Heros to power wash my home - 1) communication, 2) materials used, and 3) flexibility. COMMUNICATION- I used Yelp to assist me in researching and compare/contrast. Over the multitude of companies I reviewed, HydroWash had great reviews for service and price. Jason from HydroWash responded quickly and was very helpful. He answered all of my questions and also had a few of his own to make sure he got the pricing right. His communication stayed consistent throughout the process with verifying appointment the day prior and always responding in a timely manner. MATERIALS USED - In speaking with Jason, he reassured me of the types of chemicals used and its dilution percentage. While researching power washing companies, I learned various companies can use many different t chemicals to include bleach to treat a house. The solution used by HydroWash is safe and doesn't effect paint or siding of homes. FLEXIBILITY: When setting up an appointment with HydroWash, Jason was upfront with his schedule and was able to fit me in immediately. I had figured I would agree to an appointment within 30 days. Jason was at my home within a week. I highly recommended HydroWash Heros LLC to anyone who is looking to get their patio, house, driveway and more cleaned. I got bids from several companies through Yelp and ABS was the most readable quote. I got them scheduled and they showed up when they were supposed to do the job, they assessed the situation and got up in the attic to clean out the vent pipe leading to the roof. After around 30 minutes or less, the guys were done. Since then I have had ZERO issues with the dryer and should have gotten this done when I bought the house. Good service, I would use them again.
