I called again on Tuesday, 05/06 to cancel my appointment. I was told it had been canceled on Monday afternoon. Now, 15 hours before my appointment and when the "practice" is closed, I'm informed my appointment was never canceled. If they can't manage to do something as simple as canceling an appointment, I definitely wouldn't allow them to "practice" their dentistry on me. Maybe this is their way to generate some income from no show fees.

Which is reasonable but didn't call. They billed me for my dental X-rays and never called again. I had to call the center twice just to request my records to get another appointment elsewhere. This was handled with poor customer service and patient care, lack of communication and professionalism.
