I made the return trip down there and sat in the waiting room for an hour, then sat in the dentist chair for another hour until they told me they were closing and wouldn't be working on me. I was pissed and the receptionist was a jerk to me. I told them to have my files ready when I returned because I was taking them with me next time. Then, when I returned for the second time for them to fix their mistake, they kept me waiting for ANOTHER hour past my appointment. And they didn't have my files ready. Bullshit waste of my time - and they kept automatically rescheduling my appointments for me after I told them to remove me from their patient lists. I had to call them time and time again to get them to straighten it out. This was a year or two ago, so maybe they have gotten better.
