At my first visit, they took X-rays but didn't do a cleaning. I was told it was because I needed a…read more"deep cleaning" -- but I later found out it was actually because the dental hygienist wasn't in that day. When I rescheduled for the cleaning, the front desk staff confirmed that everything would be covered by my insurance except for the amount I had already paid. But then I received a bill in the mail, even after paying a significant amount out of pocket. I called to ask about it, and the office manager claimed they had verified everything with my insurance. However, the front desk person then contradicted that and admitted she had only checked online -- no one actually called to confirm coverage. I trusted what they told me and didn't double-check myself, and now I'm stuck paying almost $400 out of pocket. To make matters worse, they billed my insurance for a more expensive "deep cleaning" that wasn't necessary. Because of this, I had to pay a deductible -- even though my plan covers regular cleanings. I consulted a friend who's a dental hygienist and looked up the billing code they used. That code is supposed to be used only when 50% or more of the gums are moderately to severely inflamed or bleeding due to gingivitis -- which was not my case. My husband and I won't be returning.

This dentistry is the best I've ever been to, and I've lived in 8 different states. I had some…read morepretty serious dental trauma and had avoided the dentist for awhile. I was worried that when I was finally brave enough to go back, I'd get a very unhelpful lecture and not want to go back. Well, this dentist listened to what had happened to me and was able to really put me at ease. My teeth feel better than ever and I look forward to my appointments. The staff there is very courteous and professional. They seem like they genuinely enjoy working there. One perk of working there is that they are closed on Fridays so the employees always have a 3-day weekend, which establishes a much more balanced work-life balance. So not only are they great dentists, but they seem to treat their employees well, and I like supporting businesses that treat their employees like people. Lastly, the office is very clean and it is not peppered with marketing materials or scary pictures of what can happen to your teeth if you don't brush/floss etc. When I was getting my teeth cleaned, I only saw pictures of the hygienist's family and a little cute picture that said something about smiling, bc your smile is beautiful. Offers the usual variety of services (cleaning, extractions, fillings, crowns, bridges, grinding guards, snore guards) for a Dentist but Dr Kleine is not overconfident in matters left to other professions, such as oral surgeons, periodontics and endodontics. He will recommend certain other doctors for those procedures. Willing to do what a patient wants, within the bounds of acceptable practices. Prices are reasonable, but even better with insurance negotiated rates. Dr Kleine is aware of the problems associated with sleep apnea and teeth grinding and can recommend ways to begin treatment. I felt so lucky that Shelby was able to fit me in to see Dr. Smith very quickly for what could…read morehave been an emergency, I could feel something hard stuck to one of my upper molars. Ashley checked me out first, and then Dr. Smith investigated. He found a small chip off my tooth that revealed a tiny fit of my filling that felt rough to my tongue. Dr. Smith was able to quickly smooth the area with a drill and assure me there was no cause for further concern. What a relief! He will check the area again when I return for my 6-month cleaning. I can't say enough for how competent - and nice - Dr. Smith and his staff are, and how happy I am to be in his care, along with the care of Dr. Jared Klein. Everyone at this practice is efficient and pleasant - Ashley, Shelby and Juliet are always so welcoming and sweet. It sounds kind of weird to say I enjoy going to the dentist - but I do!
