I was worried that when I was finally brave enough to go back, I'd get a very unhelpful lecture and not want to go back. Well, this dentist listened to what had happened to me and was able to really put me at ease. My teeth feel better than ever and I look forward to my appointments. The staff there is very courteous and professional. They seem like they genuinely enjoy working there. One perk of working there is that they are closed on Fridays so the employees always have a 3-day weekend, which establishes a much more balanced work-life balance. So not only are they great dentists, but they seem to treat their employees well, and I like supporting businesses that treat their employees like people. Lastly, the office is very clean and it is not peppered with marketing materials or scary pictures of what can happen to your teeth if you don't brush/floss etc. When I was getting my teeth cleaned, I only saw pictures of the hygienist's family and a little cute picture that said something about smiling, bc your smile is beautiful. Is not rushed, because the office schedules appointments with enough time for the Dentist to discuss options and then perform work. Office staff handles insurance processing very well. Office staff is supportive of the patients and the needs of the Dentist. Offers the usual variety of services (cleaning, extractions, fillings, crowns, bridges, grinding guards, snore guards) for a Dentist but Dr Kleine is not overconfident in matters left to other professions, such as oral surgeons, periodontics and endodontics. He will recommend certain other doctors for those procedures. Willing to do what a patient wants, within the bounds of acceptable practices. Prices are reasonable, but even better with insurance negotiated rates. Dr Kleine is aware of the problems associated with sleep apnea and teeth grinding and can recommend ways to begin treatment. Ashley checked me out first, and then Dr. Smith investigated. He found a small chip off my tooth that revealed a tiny fit of my filling that felt rough to my tongue. Dr. Smith was able to quickly smooth the area with a drill and assure me there was no cause for further concern. What a relief! He will check the area again when I return for my 6-month cleaning. I can't say enough for how competent - and nice - Dr. Smith and his staff are, and how happy I am to be in his care, along with the care of Dr. Jared Klein.
